CHRISTENDOM Series: Apostolic

APOSTOLIC
(Evangelical/Holiness/Charismatic)

Go ye therefore, and teach all nations,
baptizing them in the name of the Father,
and of the Son,
and of the Holy Ghost:
Matthew 28:19 (not sure what part of Trinitarian baptism of this verse oneness Pentecostals don't get? Seems clear & straightforward in it's meaning)

Apostolic charismatics are the wing of Pentecostal Christianity known also as "Oneness Pentecostals" because of their belief that the Trinity is not 3 beings who work together as one, but rather one. Their polity is a mixed presbyterian/congregational system. Although theologically conservative-they allow for women ordination.
