Creation Moment 12/31/2011 - Last Sabbath of 2011

Thus the heavens and the earth were finished, and all the host of them. And on the seventh day God ended his work which he had made; and he rested on the seventh day from all his work which he had made. And God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it: because that in it he had rested from all his work which God created and made.
Genesis 2:1-3
But the seventh day is the sabbath of the LORD thy God: in it thou shalt not do any work,...For in six days the LORD made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day: wherefore the LORD blessed the sabbath day, and hallowed it.
Exodus 20:10,11
And I saw another angel fly in the midst of heaven, having the everlasting gospel to preach unto them that dwell on the earth, .... Saying with a loud voice, Fear God, and give glory to him; for the hour of his judgment is come: and worship him that made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and the fountains of waters.
Revelation 14:6,7

Question put forward by Elijah

Elijah put forth a question many centuries ago that still echoes down through the ages to us today- And Elijah came unto all the people, and said, How long halt ye between two opinions? if the LORD be God, follow him: but if Baal, then follow him. And the people answered him not a word. 1 Kings 18:21

The same could be asked of Christendom today-When it comes to Creation or evolution- And Elijah came unto all the people, and said, How long halt ye between two opinions? if the LORD be God, follow him: but if Baal, then follow him. And the people answered him not a word.

When it comes to compromising with the world on homosexuality, adultery, fornication, etc.- And Elijah came unto all the people, and said, How long halt ye between two opinions? if the LORD be God, follow him: but if Baal, then follow him. And the people answered him not a word.

When it comes to keeping the 7th day Sabbath or sunday- And Elijah came unto all the people, and said, How long halt ye between two opinions? if the LORD be God, follow him: but if Baal, then follow him. And the people answered him not a word.

As Joshua said- ...choose you this day whom ye will serve; but as for me and my house, we will serve the LORD. Joshua 24:15

Exodus 20:4-6  Thou shalt not make thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the waters beneath the earth: Thou shalt not bow down thyself unto them, nor serve them: for I the LORD thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me, And shewing mercy unto thousands of them that love me and keep my commandments. Deuteronomy 5:8-10 What idols have we set up in our hearts? Thus shall ye say unto them, The gods that have not made the heavens and the earth, even they shall perish from the earth, and from under these heavens. Jeremiah 10:11

And mount Sinai was altogether on a smoke, because the LORD descended upon it in fire: and the smoke thereof ascended as the smoke of a furnace, and the whole mount quaked greatly. Exodus 19:16,18

Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy. Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work: But the seventh day is the sabbath of the LORD thy God: in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates: For in six days the LORD made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day: wherefore the LORD blessed the sabbath day, and hallowed it. Exodus 20:8-11 Keep the sabbath day to sanctify it, as the LORD thy God hath commanded thee.Six days thou shalt labour, and do all thy work: But the seventh day is the sabbath of the LORD thy God: in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, nor thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thine ox, nor thine ass, nor any of thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates; that thy manservant and thy maidservant may rest as well as thou. And remember that thou wast a servant in the land of Egypt, and that the LORD thy God brought thee out thence through a mighty hand and by a stretched out arm: therefore the LORD thy God commanded thee to keep the sabbath day. Deuteronomy 5:12-15  In Deuteronomy you have the repitition of the Law. A review of the past 40 years of events explained by Moses. Notice that in the Commandment we are to keep the 7th day Sabbath holy because it acknowledges Him as our Creator. That was the Law written by the finger of God. In Deuteronomy Moses explains also it is because God delivered them from the bondage of Egypt. Just as He delivers us from the bondage of sin. He is both CREATOR and SAVIOUR in His Law. Christ healed on the Sabbath day. But that was to do good out of love, the spirit of the Law. But He wasn't to be found in worldly business on Sabbath, such as working in His carpenter shop. And Jesus answering spake unto the lawyers and Pharisees, saying, Is it lawful to heal on the sabbath day? And answered them, saying, Which of you shall have an ass or an ox fallen into a pit, and will not straightway pull him out on the sabbath day? Luke 14:3,5

Daniel in the Lions Den - in depth study

1) Daniel set up over others in the government under the King- It pleased Darius to set over the kingdom an hundred and twenty princes, which should be over the whole kingdom; And over these three presidents; of whom Daniel was first: that the princes might give accounts unto them, and the king should have no damage. Then this Daniel was preferred above the presidents and princes, because an excellent spirit was in him; and the king thought to set him over the whole realm. Daniel 6:1-3

2) The men who were jealous of Daniel sought a way to get rid of him-and since they couldn't based upon his job performance-they decided to go after him based on his religion. Then the presidents and princes sought to find occasion against Daniel concerning the kingdom; but they could find none occasion nor fault; forasmuch as he was faithful, neither was there any error or fault found in him. Then said these men, We shall not find any occasion against this Daniel, except we find it against him concerning the law of his God. Daniel 6:4,5

3) The plot - Then these presidents and princes assembled together to the king, and said thus unto him, King Darius, live for ever. All the presidents of the kingdom, the governors, and the princes, the counsellors, and the captains, have consulted together to establish a royal statute, and to make a firm decree, that whosoever shall ask a petition of any God or man for thirty days, save of thee, O king, he shall be cast into the den of lions. Daniel 6:6,7 This was the same tactic used against the Jews in Persia during the days of Queen Esther If it please the king, let there go a royal commandment from him, and let it be written among the laws of the Persians and the Medes, that it be not altered,.. Esther 1:19 The conflict that was set up was between the laws of man and the Law of God.

4) The royal decree could not be altered among Medo-Persian kings - Now, O king, establish the decree, and sign the writing, that it be not changed, according to the law of the Medes and Persians, which altereth not. Wherefore king Darius signed the writing and the decree. Daniel 6:8,9 ...for the writing which is written in the king's name, and sealed with the king's ring, may no man reverse. Esther 8:8

5) Daniel prays as was his usual routine - Now when Daniel knew that the writing was signed, he went into his house; and his windows being open in his chamber toward Jerusalem, he kneeled upon his knees three times a day, and prayed, and gave thanks before his God, as he did aforetime. Daniel 6:10 As the Psalmist says Evening, and morning, and at noon, will I pray, and cry aloud: and he shall hear my voice. Psalm 55:17

6) The jealous men went looking to catch Daniel- Then these men assembled, and found Daniel praying and making supplication before his God. Daniel 6:11

7) They tell the king- Then they came near, and spake before the king concerning the king's decree; Hast thou not signed a decree, that every man that shall ask a petition of any God or man within thirty days, save of thee, O king, shall be cast into the den of lions? The king answered and said, The thing is true, according to the law of the Medes and Persians, which altereth not. Then answered they and said before the king, That Daniel, which is of the children of the captivity of Judah, regardeth not thee, O king, nor the decree that thou hast signed, but maketh his petition three times a day. Daniel 6:12,13 Notice they refer to Daniel as one of the "children of the captivity of Judah". They played to their ethnic dislike of Daniel.

8) The king searched for a technicality to save Daniel- Then the king, when he heard these words, was sore displeased with himself, and set his heart on Daniel to deliver him: and he laboured till the going down of the sun to deliver him. Daniel 6:14

9) They pressure the king to implement the punishment- Then these men assembled unto the king, and said unto the king, Know, O king, that the law of the Medes and Persians is, That no decree nor statute which the king establisheth may be changed. Daniel 6:15

10) The king gives the order but shows a faith in Daniel's God- Then the king commanded, and they brought Daniel, and cast him into the den of lions. Now the king spake and said unto Daniel, Thy God whom thou servest continually, he will deliver thee. Daniel 6:16

11) The deed is done- And a stone was brought, and laid upon the mouth of the den; and the king sealed it with his own signet, and with the signet of his lords; that the purpose might not be changed concerning Daniel. Daniel 6:17

12) The king couldn't sleep- Then the king went to his palace, and passed the night fasting: neither were instruments of music brought before him: and his sleep went from him. Daniel 6:18

13) The king goes to check the lions den in the morning- Then the king arose very early in the morning, and went in haste unto the den of lions. And when he came to the den, he cried with a lamentable voice unto Daniel: and the king spake and said to Daniel, O Daniel, servant of the living God, is thy God, whom thou servest continually, able to deliver thee from the lions? Daniel 6:19,20

14) The enemies of Daniel had the mouth of the den shut to kill Daniel but his God shut the mouth of the lions- Then said Daniel unto the king, O king, live for ever. My God hath sent his angel, and hath shut the lions' mouths, that they have not hurt me: forasmuch as before him innocency was found in me; and also before thee, O king, have I done no hurt. Then was the king exceeding glad for him, and commanded that they should take Daniel up out of the den. So Daniel was taken up out of the den, and no manner of hurt was found upon him, because he believed in his God. Daniel 6:21-23

15) The jealous plotters recieve their punishment- And the king commanded, and they brought those men which had accused Daniel, and they cast them into the den of lions, them, their children, and their wives; and the lions had the mastery of them, and brake all their bones in pieces or ever they came at the bottom of the den. Daniel 6:24

16) The king praises the God of Daniel- I make a decree, That in every dominion of my kingdom men tremble and fear before the God of Daniel: for he is the living God, and stedfast for ever, and his kingdom that which shall not be destroyed, and his dominion shall be even unto the end. He delivereth and rescueth, and he worketh signs and wonders in heaven and in earth, who hath delivered Daniel from the power of the lions. Daniel 6:26,27

The first conflict recorded in scripture between humans was over WORSHIP And Abel, he also brought of the firstlings of his flock and of the fat thereof. And the LORD had respect unto Abel and to his offering: But unto Cain and to his offering he had not respect. And Cain was very wroth, and his countenance fell. And Cain talked with Abel his brother: and it came to pass, when they were in the field, that Cain rose up against Abel his brother, and slew him. Genesis 4:4,5,8 And so will be the last controversy on earth over WORSHIP And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand,.. Revelation 14:9 And the LORD said unto him, Go through the midst of the city, through the midst of Jerusalem, and set a mark upon the foreheads of the men that sigh and that cry for all the abominations that be done in the midst thereof. Slay utterly old and young, both maids, and little children, and women: but come not near any man upon whom is the mark; and begin at my sanctuary. Ezekiel 9:4,6

Warning from Peter & Paul

1) But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, (Joseph Smith of the Mormons, Charles Taze Russel of the Jehovah's Witnesses, Mary Eddy Baker of the Christian Scientists, Many (but not all) modern TV evangelists, etc.)

2) who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, (Secret Rapture, Sacrementalism, Once-Saved-Always-Saved, Universalism, Unitarianism, Sunday Sacredness, Speaking in Tongues (gibberish kind), Prosperity Gospel, Immortality of the Soul, etc.)

3) even denying the Lord that bought them, (Theistic Evolutionists, etc.)

4) and bring upon themselves swift destruction. 2 Peter 2:1

His Custom

And he came to Nazareth, where he had been brought up: and, as his custom was, he went into the synagogue on the sabbath day, and stood up for to read. Luke 4:16

4 views of the Millenium

HISTORIC PRE-MILLENIAL Believe that the Millenium begins after the 2nd comming of Christ. (The early church fathers-including Papias, a disciple of Johns, believed this).

MODERN PRE-MILLENIAL Believe in a "Secret Rapture" followed by a 7 year tribulation. Then the 2nd Comming followed by the Millenium.

AMILLENIAL Believe the Millenium is symbolism in scripture for just "a long period of time" before the 2nd comming. All problems Christians face from the crucifixtion to the 2nd comming are part of the time of trouble/and or tribulation. Many believe the prophesies were fullfilled during the time of the Roman Empire. This belief began primarily in the 400's with St. Augustine of Hippo.

POST-MILLENIAL Believe that the Millenium occurs BEFORE the 2nd comming. The world gradually gets better as more & more are converted to Christianity. They believe it will be a thousand years of earthly peace. Then the 2nd comming happens at the end of it.
Behold, he cometh with clouds; and every eye shall see him, Revelation 1:7

Advice from Paul

And be not conformed to this world:
but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind,
that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.
For I say, through the grace given unto me, to every man that is among you,
not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think soberly, according as God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith. Romans 12:2,3

Be Still

Be still, and know that I am God: Psalm 46:10

Paul to Titus...& us

But speak thou the things which become sound doctrine:
That the aged men be sober, grave, temperate, sound in faith, in charity, in patience.
Young men likewise exhort to be sober minded.
In all things shewing thyself a pattern of good works:
in doctrine showing uncorruptness, gravity, sincerity.
Sound speech, that cannot be condemned;
that he that is of the contrary part may be ashamed, having no evil thing to say of you.
For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men,
Teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts,
we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world;
Looking for that blessed hope,
and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ;
Who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity,
and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works.
Titus 2:1,2,6-8,11-14

Creation Moment 12/30/2011 - Cannibalism as all creation groans

All creation groans because of sin-plants, animals & humans. This can be seen in the cannibalism of a polar bear on the ice off the coast of Norway. It is NOT evolutionary instinct survival urges. It is what happens in a planet infested with sin-the result-suffering of all creatures.
For we know that the whole creation groaneth and travaileth in pain together until now. Romans 8:22

Of the Word-Go for the Meat-Not the Fluff

The Shepherds of the flock (ministers) should focus on the meat of the word rather than teaching the people fluff and leaving them in spiritual darkness. Whom shall he teach knowledge? and whom shall he make to understand doctrine? them that are weaned from the milk,... For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little: Isaiah 28:9,10
They should help the flock grow up spiritually. For when for the time ye ought to be teachers, ye have need that one teach you again which be the first principles of the oracles of God; and are become such as have need of milk, and not of strong meat. For every one that useth milk is unskilful in the word of righteousness: for he is a babe. But strong meat belongeth to them that are of full age, even those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil. Hebrews 5:12-14
We need to get back to the "meat" of the word so as not to ...and fall backward, and be broken, and snared, and taken. Isaiah 28:13

Holding fast the faithful word as he hath been taught, that he may be able by sound doctrine both to exhort and to convince the gainsayers. Titus 1:9

The Heavens Declare

The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament sheweth his handywork. Day unto day uttereth speech, and night unto night sheweth knowledge. There is no speech nor language, where their voice is not heard. Psalms 19:1-3

Sweeter than the Honeycomb

1) The law of the LORD is perfect, *** converting the soul:

2) the testimony of the LORD is sure, *** making wise the simple.

3) The statutes of the LORD are right, *** rejoicing the heart

4) the commandment of the LORD is pure, *** enlightening the eyes.

5) The fear of the LORD is clean, *** enduring for ever:

6) the judgments of the LORD are *** true and righteous altogether.

*** More to be desired are they than gold, yea, than much fine gold: sweeter also than honey and the honeycomb.***

7) Moreover by them is thy servant warned:

8) and in keeping of them there is great reward.

***...cleanse thou me from secret faults.***

Keep back thy servant also from presumptuous sins; let them not have dominion over me: then shall I be upright, and I shall be innocent from the great transgression. Psalm 19:7-13

Creation Moment 12/29/2011 - CHICKENSAURUS? - LOL

Jack Horner who was the advisor on the movie set for Jurassic Park has an idea. He wants to create a dinosaur by "unevolving" a bird back to one. This is because some evolutionists actually think birds came from dinosaurs! LOL
A CHICKENSAURUS huh? LOL
It is based on Haeckels recapitiulation theory. It also has a twist from Goldschmidts saltational theory. Horner actually believes that all the regulatory mechanisms for a dinosaur is present in chicken DNA. Horner states “The most important thing is that you cannot activate an ancestral characteristic unless the animal has ancestors,...".
Haeckels recapitulation theory has been long DISPROVEN. It was the idea that an embryo goes through stages resembling past ancestors of its supposed evolution. Nearly all evolutionists no longer believe this theory.
The saltational theory is basically fast rates of change in evolution, rather than gradual change.
Anyway-uhm....Horner...have fun with that......
....and fowl that may fly above the earth in the open firmament of heaven. Genesis 1:20

Ark of the Covenant-Most Holy Place

And after the second veil, the tabernacle which is called the Holiest of all; Hebrews 9:3 Only the High priest could enter the Most Holy place once a year on the Day of Atonement (Yom Kippur). And the LORD said unto Moses, Speak unto Aaron thy brother, that he come not at all times into the holy place within the vail before the mercy seat, which is upon the ark; that he die not: for I will appear in the cloud upon the mercy seat. And he shall take of the blood of the bullock, and sprinkle it with his finger upon the mercy seat eastward; and before the mercy seat shall he sprinkle of the blood with his finger seven times. Leviticus 16:2,14
The Ark of the Covenant contained the 10 Commandment stone tablets ...and put the tables in the ark which I had made; and there they be, as the LORD commanded me. Deuteronomy 10:5 (The Law which He would one day come down and show them how to live- Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil. Matthew 5:17).
It also contained a jar of manna (the food which God fed them with in the desert) and Aaron's rod which had blossomed with leaves. Which had the golden censer, and the ark of the covenant overlaid round about with gold, wherein was the golden pot that had manna, and Aaron's rod that budded, and the tables of the covenant; Hebrews 9:4 *** The MANNA from heaven-They said therefore unto him, What sign shewest thou then, that we may see, and believe thee? what dost thou work? Our fathers did eat manna in the desert; as it is written, He gave them bread from heaven to eat. Then Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Moses gave you not that bread from heaven; but my Father giveth you the true bread from heaven. For the bread of God is he which cometh down from heaven, and giveth life unto the world. Then said they unto him, Lord, evermore give us this bread. And Jesus said unto them, I am the bread of life: John 6:30-35 *** Aaron's rod, of the first High Priest- Wherefore, holy brethren, partakers of the heavenly calling, consider the Apostle and High Priest of our profession, Christ Jesus; Hebrews 3:1 Feed thy people with thy rod, the flock of thine heritage... Micah 7:14
Above the ark was the Mercy Seat of God. Notice His "MERCY SEAT" is over His Law inside the ark-for what is sin? ....for sin is the transgression of the law. 1 John 3:4 And thou shalt put the mercy seat upon the ark of the testimony in the most holy place. Exodus 26:34
And he said unto me, Unto two thousand and three hundred days; then shall the sanctuary be cleansed. Daniel 8:14 (2,300 years)

The Veil

The veil seperated the Most Holy place from the Holy Place. And thou shalt make a vail of blue, and purple, and scarlet, and fine twined linen of cunning work: with cherubims shall it be made: ...and the vail shall divide unto you between the holy place and the most holy. Exodus 26:31,33

During His sacrifice on the cross the veil was rent in half Jesus, when he had cried again with a loud voice, yielded up the ghost. And, behold, the veil of the temple was rent in twain from the top to the bottom; Matthew 27:50,51
For the Temple services on earth came to an end with His death. Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross; Colossians 2:14
The symbolism for the veil was our sin seperating us from the presence of God Behold, the LORD'S hand is not shortened, that it cannot save; neither his ear heavy, that it cannot hear: But your iniquities have separated between you and your God, and your sins have hid his face from you, that he will not hear. Isaiah 59:1,2
Now the activity shifts to Heaven and His services there as our High Priest And after that I looked, and, behold, the temple of the tabernacle of the testimony in heaven was opened: Revelation 15:5 And the temple of God was opened in heaven, and there was seen in his temple the ark of his testament: Revelation 11:9 As one would follow the plan of Redemption laid out in the Sanctuary-what is left for Him in Heaven is the actually judgment-the Day of Atonement, and the sending away of the scape goat.

And he said unto me, Unto two thousand and three hundred days; then shall the sanctuary be cleansed. Daniel 8:14 (2,300 years)

Altar of Incense - Prayer

The Altar of Incense was next to the Most Holy place within the Holy place. It was a representation of the prayers of God's people. It was kept filled with a sweet smelling incense at all times. And Aaron shall burn thereon sweet incense every morning: when he dresseth the lamps, he shall burn incense upon it. And when Aaron lighteth the lamps at even, he shall burn incense upon it, a perpetual incense before the LORD throughout your generations. Exodus 30:7,8 As in Heaven ..... and golden vials full of odours, which are the prayers of saints. Revelation 5:8

And he said unto me, Unto two thousand and three hundred days; then shall the sanctuary be cleansed. Daniel 8:14 (2,300 years)

Table of Bread - Him

And thou shalt set upon the table shewbread before me alway. Exodus 25:30 Table of the Shewbread as it was called, had 12 loaves placed on it each week representing the 12 tribes of Israel. Symbolicaly, later, for spiritual Israel, His Church, founded by the 12 disciples. The bread represents Christ I am the living bread which came down from heaven: John 6:51

And he said unto me, Unto two thousand and three hundred days; then shall the sanctuary be cleansed. Daniel 8:14 (2,300 years)

7 Branch Candlestick - His Holy Spirit

And thou shalt make a candlestick of pure gold: of beaten work shall the candlestick be made: his shaft, and his branches, his bowls, his knops, and his flowers, shall be of the same. And six branches shall come out of the sides of it; three branches of the candlestick out of the one side, and three branches of the candlestick out of the other side: And thou shalt make the seven lamps thereof: and they shall light the lamps thereof, that they may give light over against it. Exodus 25:31,32,37 The canlestick, burning with holy oil day and night, represents to us His Church and the Holy Spirit.
And the angel that talked with me came again, and waked me, as a man that is wakened out of his sleep, And said unto me, What seest thou? And I said, I have looked, and behold a candlestick all of gold, with a bowl upon the top of it, and his seven lamps thereon, and seven pipes to the seven lamps, which are upon the top thereof: ..and he shall bring forth the headstone thereof with shoutings, crying, Grace, grace unto it. Zechariah 4:1,2,7 It is the Church today that cries out "Grace, Grace" to the world.
And I answered again, and said unto him, What be these two olive branches which through the two golden pipes empty the golden oil out of themselves? And he answered me and said, Knowest thou not what these be? And I said, No, my lord. Then said he, These are the two anointed ones, that stand by the Lord of the whole earth. Zechariah 4:12-14 The two olive branches are Christ and The Holy Spirit that stand before the Lord of the whole earth.

And he said unto me, Unto two thousand and three hundred days; then shall the sanctuary be cleansed. Daniel 8:14 (2,300 years)

Bronze Laver - Buried with Him in Baptism

Thou shalt also make a laver of brass, and his foot also of brass, to wash withal: and thou shalt put it between the tabernacle of the congregation and the altar, and thou shalt put water therein. For Aaron and his sons shall wash their hands and their feet thereat: Exodus 30:18,19
The bronze laver was in the outer court for the priests to wash themselves before entering the Holy place. And John also was baptizing in Aenon near to Salim, because there was much water there: and they came, and were baptized. John 3:23

And he said unto me, Unto two thousand and three hundred days; then shall the sanctuary be cleansed. Daniel 8:14 (2,300 years)

The Altar of Sacrifice-God will provide a Lamb

The bronze altar was for the sacrifices in the outer court yard, which pointed towards the Lamb of God
...and without shedding of blood is no remission. Hebrews 9:22 And Abraham said, My son, God will provide himself a lamb for a burnt offering: so they went both of them together. Genesis 22:8 The next day John seeth Jesus coming unto him, and saith, Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world. John 1:29 But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed. He was oppressed, and he was afflicted, yet he opened not his mouth: he is brought as a lamb to the slaughter, and as a sheep before her shearers is dumb, so he openeth not his mouth. Isaiah 53:5,7

And he said unto me, Unto two thousand and three hundred days; then shall the sanctuary be cleansed. Daniel 8:14 (2,300 years)

The Sactuary/Temple - Measure It (Learn It)

And the man said unto me, Son of man, behold with thine eyes, and hear with thine ears, and set thine heart upon all that I shall shew thee; for to the intent that I might shew them unto thee art thou brought hither: declare all that thou seest to the house of Israel. Ezekiel 40:4
And what did Ezekiel see? Measure, measure, measure the Temple. In other words Learn it, learn it, learn it!!! ...and in the man's hand a measuring reed of six cubits long by the cubit and an hand breadth: so he measured the breadth of the building, one reed; and the height, one reed. Ezekiel 40:5 Learn the SYMBOLISM of it.

...and went up the stairs thereof, and measured the threshold of the gate, .... And every little chamber was one reed long, ... and the threshold of the gate by the porch of the gate within was one reed..... He measured also the porch of the gate within, one reed.... Then measured he the porch of the gate,... and the posts thereof,... and the porch of the gate was inward.... And he measured the breadth of the entry of the gate, ....and the length of the gate,... He measured then the gate from the roof.... And there were narrow windows to the little chambers,... And the gate of the outward court that looked toward the north, he measured the length thereof, and the breadth thereof..... After that he brought me toward the south, and behold a gate toward the south: and he measured the posts thereof and the arches thereof according to these measures.... and he measured from gate to gate toward the south an hundred cubits.... and he measured the south gate..... And the little chambers thereof, and the posts thereof, and the arches thereof, according to these measures... And he brought me to the north gate, and measured it according to these measures... And in the porch of the gate were two tables on this side, and two tables on that side, to slay thereon the burnt offering and the sin offering and the trespass offering.... And he brought me to the porch of the house, and measured each post of the porch... Afterward he brought me to the temple, and measured the posts, six cubits broad on the one side, and six cubits broad on the other side, which was the breadth of the tabernacle.... And the breadth of the door was ten cubits; and the sides of the door were five cubits on the one side, and five cubits on the other side: and he measured the length thereof... So he measured the length thereof... After he measured the wall of the house... I saw also the height of the house round about..... So he measured the house..... Also the breadth of the face of the house... The altar of wood was three cubits high, and the length thereof two cubits.... and he said unto me, This is the table that is before the LORD..... And the temple and the sanctuary had two doors..... Then he brought me forth into the utter court, the way toward the north.... Before the length of an hundred cubits was the north door, and the breadth was fifty cubits..... and over against the pavement which was for the utter court, was gallery against gallery in three stories..... Now the upper chambers were shorter: for the galleries were higher than these, than the lower, and than the middlemost of the building..... He measured the east side... He measured the north side.... He measured the south side... He turned about to the west side, and measured... He measured it by the four sides: it had a wall round about, five hundred reeds long, and five hundred broad, to make a separation between the sanctuary and the profane place.... Ezekiel 40:6-9,11,13,16,20,24,27-29,35,39,48 & 41:1,2,4,5,8,13,14,22,23 & 421-3,5,16-20

And the glory of the LORD came into the house by the way of the gate whose prospect is toward the east. So the spirit took me up, and brought me into the inner court; and, behold, the glory of the LORD filled the house. And I heard him speaking unto me out of the house; and the man stood by me....Now let them put away their whoredom, ... far from me, and I will dwell in the midst of them for ever. Thou son of man, shew the house to the house of Israel, that they may be ashamed of their iniquities: and let them measure the pattern. Ezekiel 43:1-6,9,10

And he said unto me, Unto two thousand and three hundred days; then shall the sanctuary be cleansed. Daniel 8:14 (2,300 years)

Time of the End Begins

The TIME of the END begins -So he came near where I stood: and when he came, I was afraid, and fell upon my face: but he said unto me, Understand, O son of man: for at the time of the end shall be the vision. Daniel 8:17 The vision was of the 2300 days (years) which ended in the mid 1840's. Now we are waiting for the Time of Trouble to start.

The great day of the LORD is near, it is near, and hasteth greatly, even the voice of the day of the LORD: the mighty man shall cry there bitterly. That day is a day of wrath, a day of trouble and distress, a day of wasteness and desolation, a day of darkness and gloominess, a day of clouds and thick darkness, ...And I will bring distress upon men, that they shall walk like blind men, because they have sinned against the LORD: and their blood shall be poured out as dust, and their flesh as the dung. Neither their silver nor their gold shall be able to deliver them in the day of the LORD'S wrath; but the whole land shall be devoured by the fire of his jealousy: for he shall make even a speedy riddance of all them that dwell in the land. Zephaniah 1:14,15,17,18

Write it in Your Heart

And thou shalt love the LORD thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might. And these words, which I command thee this day, shall be in thine heart: Deuteronomy 6:5,6

Forasmuch as ye are manifestly declared to be the epistle of Christ ministered by us, written not with ink, but with the Spirit of the living God; not in tables of stone, but in fleshy tables of the heart. 2 Corinthians 3:3

Fairy Tale Religion?

In Orange County, Florida, a billboard was placed on Colonial Drive which said that "All religions are fairy tales". It caused a major drop in nearby businesses. After some complaints a local TV station began to investigate and the sign quickly came down.
The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God. Psalm 14:1

Character of Balaam & Judas

*Balaam claimed to believe in the true God and to serve Him.

*Judas believed in Christ and was a follower of His.

Balaam and Judas both had great light given to them.
Balaam and Judas both cherished a sin that deforemed their character.
In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them. 2 Corinthians 4:4
*Balaam wanted to gain the riches offered by the king of Moab

*Judas hoped for riches in an earthly kingdom he thought Christ would set up
Which have forsaken the right way, and are gone astray, following the way of Balaam the son of Bosor, who loved the wages of unrighteousness; 2 Peter 2:15

*Balaam betrayed the people of God by attempting to "curse" them
*Judas betrayed the Christ Himself

He spake of Judas Iscariot the son of Simon: for he it was that should betray him, being one of the twelve. John 6:71

Beware of Theories & Philosophies of this Wolrd

But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve through his subtilty, so your minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ. 2 Corinthians 11:3
