Just like when God's people were divided between Israel (in the north) & Judah (in the south) during the reign of Rehoboam---so to are God's people divided between spiritual Babylon & the remnant in the end times-----yet He calls for a reunion.....
In those days the house of Judah shall walk with the house of Israel,
and they shall come together out of the land of the north to the land
that I have given for an inheritance unto your fathers.
Jeremiah 3:18
In other words......
Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen,....Come out of her, my people,
that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.
Revelation 18:2,4
