The "Really" File - (Pornographic Parrot Blessings)

Pope Francis Blesses Porn Star Francesco Lombardi's Talking Parrot: Male Stripper 'Ghyblj' Opens Up On Moving Moment
"The pope blessed a talking parrot named Amore on Wednesday during his general audience,...Amore's
papa is Francesco Lombardi, stage name Ghyblj, who describes himself as a "world champion stripper" who has the leading role in erotic filmmaker Tinto Brass' next movie,...
After Pope Francis blessed his daughter, aged one, Lombardi's bird squawked "Papa," and stepped onto the pope's hand,....
"It was fun," he told ANSA. "A sort of mixing of the holy and the profane." HP
REALLY?

P.S. - Here is how the secular, leftist HuffigtonPost closed out the article---
"While Jesus ministered to prostitutes and Pope Francis blessed a stripper's family, both actions embody the kind of love and acceptance that Christianity is all about."
Yeah, a couple of points about that.....
From the "Really" File
1) Christ didn't go around wasting time blessing parrots....
2) The so-called "Holy Father" of Rome may have "blessed" this strippers family, besides its parrot, but Christ pointed the sinner (prostitute is referenced by the HP) towards the path of true SANCTIFICATION (And Jesus said unto her, Neither do I condemn thee: go, and sin no more. John 8:11). Notice Christ didn't mix the "holy with the profane"?.....Did the Pope point this gentlemen towards the path of changing his ways? Where was SANCTIFICATION pointed to anywhere in the article?
This is the state of theologically "liberal" Christianity today...a hollow form of religion...Going Ga-Ga over mushy goo......
Christianity ISN'T about "acceptance" of one's lifestyle--it is about changing hearts & hence changing lifestyles to follow God's design for it.
