First & Second Adam SIMPLIFIED
"Romans 5:12 By one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin.
THAT man was Adam, the first man. He disobeyed God by taking the fruit of the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil, which God hadtold him not to touch.
Sin always brings death. Adam’s sin brought death not only upon himself and his children, but upon the whole world.
Then the leaves began to fall from the trees, the flowers to fade and die, and the whole face of the earth was changed.
The animals and birds and everything in the earth suffered because of man’s sin.
But, John 3:16 God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in Him should not perish, but have ever lasting life.
Because the first Adam had fallen into sin and death, God sent the Second Adam, the Lord Jesus Christ. He came to take away sin, to save man from death, and to bring back the earth to its first beauty and life. By one man sin and death came into the world, and by one Man comes salvation. This Man is Jesus, the Son of God.
Acts 4:12 There is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved."

Creation Moment 7/31/2025 - At the FOUNDATION OF THE WORLD
"The term Sabbath is transferred from the Hebrew language, and signifies rest. The command “remember the Sabbath day to keep it holy” is therefore exactly equivalent to saying “remember the rest day to keep it holy.”
The explanation which follows sustains this statement: “The seventh day is the Sabbath [or rest day] of the Lord thy God.”
The origin of this rest day is given in these words: “For in six days the Lord made heaven and earth, the sea and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day: wherefore the Lord blessed the Sabbath day and hallowed it.”
And this is defined to be the day on which he rested from the work of creation.
Moreover the fourth commandment calls the seventh day the Sabbath day at the time when God blessed and hallowed that day, therefore the Sabbath is an institution dating from the foundation of the world."

Grace & Growth
"Perfection does not preclude growth.
At every stage of its existence a plant may be perfect.
We are “complete in Him,” yet we are to “grow in grace.”
We are to be… Colossians 1:9...filled with the knowledge of His will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding,–and yet are to be: 10 Fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God.
Jesus in the temple at the age of twelve knew God as His Father. His knowledge was as absolutely sure as it ever was; yet: Luke 2:52 He increased in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and man.
Real growth in the knowledge of God can take place only when there is absolute knowledge of Him; otherwise our growth would be crooked."

Creation Moment 7/30/2025 - Whale Valley: Whale of a Tale
And God created great whales, and every living creature that moveth.... Genesis 1:21
"In a captivating headline published in Live Science on 4 July 2025, evolutionists take flood evidence and transform the narrative into supposed ‘evidence’ for evolution.
Well-Preserved Fossils Suggest Rapid Burial
Referencing a feature on the website of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), the authors state that:
According to palaeoclimate reconstruction based on evolutionary interpretations, the Tethys Ocean began to shrink between 7-11 million years ago, during the Tortonian stage of the Late Miocene. This was supposedly triggered from the gradual collision between the African and Eurasian plates resulting in the closure of the West Tethys Seaway. These changes in land-ocean coverage supposedly resulted in atmospheric changes connected with the region, resulting in the weakening of the African Summer Monsoon.
As the story goes, this change further reduced rainfall in the region, compounding upon the lost sea, and expanding aridity in the region. Deducing from the estimated time frame, this process would have supposedly taken around 4 million years for the aridification of the region, forming what we know today as the Sahara Desert, estimated to have finally formed between 2-3 million Darwin Years before present—or even as early as 7 million years ago, according to Science (2006).
The environmental conditions associated with the evolutionary story just does not fit with fossil formation we observe in the Sahara.
Further support for a global catastrophe comes from the variety of well-preserved organisms found. Quoting from the Live Science article:
Q: Could gradual environmental change feasibly result in ‘stunning preservation’ of these organisms?
Beyond the evolutionary story of a localized oceanic shrinkage leading to the whale graveyard, the authors zoomed in on a curious structure found in whale skeletons as supposed evidence that they had legs. The evolutionary narrative holds that these bones are vestigial – merely remnants of an evolutionary past, ‘proving’ that whales are evolutionary ancestors.
"In a captivating headline published in Live Science on 4 July 2025, evolutionists take flood evidence and transform the narrative into supposed ‘evidence’ for evolution.
The article by Sascha Pare, entitled: ‘Whale Valley: The whale graveyard in the Sahara desert that shows they once had feet and toes’ bypasses the obvious question about how a well-preserved fossil graveyard formed in the world’s largest hot desert, to instead attempting to make the case that homologous structures in the whale pelvic region demonstrate a history of evolution.
Q: But what do the whale graveyards really show?
Well-Preserved Fossils Suggest Rapid Burial
Referencing a feature on the website of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), the authors state that:
“These skeletons and other marine fossils date to the late Eocene epoch (55.8 million to 33.9 million years ago), when present-day Egypt was submerged beneath the Tethys Ocean and whales had just evolved into sea creatures, according to UNESCO.”

Unasked Questions
Q: With such a gradual process of ocean shrinkage and coupled atmospheric feedback taking around 4 million years, just how would 400 whale skeletons become fossilized? Q: With gradual ocean shrinkage, wouldn’t whales have just migrated and for those that did not, wouldn’t their remains have rotted with the ebbs and flows of the slowly retreating sea?
---This provides strong evidence that these fossils in Whale Valley formed due to catastrophic processes rather than from ocean shrinkage and the slow process of the aridification of the desert.
The environmental conditions associated with the evolutionary story just does not fit with fossil formation we observe in the Sahara.
Further support for a global catastrophe comes from the variety of well-preserved organisms found. Quoting from the Live Science article:
“In 2005, paleontologists uncovered a stunningly preserved, near-
complete B. isis skeleton, prompting UNESCO to list Whale Valley as a World Heritage site. Since then, plenty more fossils have emerged, including the remains of ancient Eocene turtles, bony fishes, sharks, rays, crocodiles, sea cows and shellfish, according to the review.”

Q: But are these bones really vestigial? Is the evolutionary allegation really a watertight argument?
---Despite this claim of vestigiality, other evolutionary literature over the past decade has independently demonstrated that whales’ pelvic structures actually perform useful functions, including but not limited to anchoring reproductive organs and providing structural support for both reproductive and digestive systems. While evolutionists may attempt to justify functionality as a claim of ‘exaptations’ (suggesting changes in function over time), this is a philosophical claim, not a scientific one. As with the overall theory, this narrative once again highlights how evolutionists insist on reading history into the structure without direct evidence of such transitions.
As Dr. Bergman recently wrote, commenting on the Live Science article:
By attempting to construct a coherent narrative, evolutionists often make philosophical connections from fragmentary evidence to fit the story they seek to tell. Once again, this is far from being the scientific method, as this would mean any observation would have an a priori interpretation. Each observation would be used to support their favored narrative by default, rather than explore alternative interpretations.
While we encourage qualified scientists to continue highlighting flawed reasoning and other ‘whales’ of tales, we must restore scientific enquiry to its original intent of an open search for truth." Dr. Sarah Buckland-Reynolds

“…the animal discovered and reported by Pare in Live Science found in Whale Valley was not actually a whale, but rather a dolphin-like creature known as Archaeoceti, which measured about eight meters in length—significantly smaller than the average modern whale, which typically reaches around 27 meters length, making it roughly 3.4 times longer than Archaeoceti.”

Evidences of Christ’s Messiahship and Divinity
"The evidences of Christ’s messiahship and His divinity were such as to carry conviction to all minds, excepting those
--blinded by error
--and hardened by sin.
And these evidences grew more overwhelming until He left the world from Olivet to appear in the presence of God for sinners. Matthew records a series of these evidences connected with His death and resurrection, which closes the sacred history of his first advent: Matthew 27:51-54 And behold the veil of the temple was rent in twain from the top to the bottom, and the earth did quake, and the rocks rent; And the graves were opened; and many bodies of the saints which slept arose, And came out of the graves after His resurrection, and went into the holy city, and appeared unto many. Now when the centurion, and they that were with him, watching Jesus, saw the earthquake, and those things that were done, they feared greatly, saying, Truly, this was the Son of God.
And not only was Christ in the world forty days after His
resurrection, teaching, comforting and confirming the disciples at
certain seasons, but during this same period the resurrected worthies of past ages, who came out of their graves after Christ’s resurrection, were mingling with mortal men, and bearing testimony to His resurrection.
And when Christ ascended, He took these resurrected ones with Him, as affirmed by Paul in these words: Ephesians 4:8 When He ascended up on high, He led captivity captive."

Creation Moment 7/29/2025 - Obviously Venus wasn't formed to be inhabited
"Life on Venus? UK probe could reveal the answer (Royal Astronomical Society, 7 July 2025). The royal jazz at UK are bosombuddies with NASA’s bio-astrologers in spirit and in sleuth. Here, they try to one-up their competitors across the pond with dreams about Venus. Of all places to not look for life, Venus should top the list, with its surface hot enough to melt lead and its clouds dripping with sulfuric acid.
**Obviously Venus wasn't formed to be inhabited.....
"Over the past five years researchers have detected the presence of two potential biomarkers – the gases phosphine and ammonia – which on Earth can only be produced by biological activity and industrial processes."
This is patently false. Ammonia (NH3) is common in the solar system but it is dead by itself. And the claims of phosphine (PH3), a smelly, explosive, poisonous gas that is equally dead by itself, were rejected shortly after they were reported." CEH

A prayerless soul
Continue in prayer. Colossians 4:2
"IT is interesting to remark how large a portion of Sacred Writ is occupied with the subject of prayer, either in
--furnishing examples,
--enforcing precepts,
--or pronouncing promises.
We scarcely open the Bible before we read, "Then began men to call upon the name of the Lord;" and just as we are about to close the volume, the "Amen" of an earnest supplication meets our ear.
Here we find a wrestling Jacob—there a Daniel who prayed three times a day—and a David who with all his heart called upon his God.
On the mountain we see Elias; in the dungeon Paul and Silas.
Q: What does this teach us, but the sacred importance and necessity of prayer?
--We may be certain that whatever God has made prominent in His Word, He intended to be conspicuous in our lives.
*If He has said much about prayer, it is because He knows we have much need of it.
*A prayerless soul is a Christless soul.
Prayer is the lisping of the believing infant, the shout of the fighting believer, the requiem of the dying saint falling asleep in Jesus.
The motto must be, "Continue in prayer."

Creation Moment 7/28/2025 - Blue Sharks
And God created great whales, and every living creature that moveth, which the waters brought forth abundantly, after their kind,.... Genesis 1:21
"A shark that can change color? Yes! Based on a new study of nanostructures in the skin of blue sharks (a species of requiem shark that inhabits open, deep waters), scientists now believe that these sharks can actually change color as they dive, better matching the water around them.
Now, sharks are believed by evolutionists to be some of the oldest organisms on the planet (predating trees and even the North Star in their worldview), first arriving in the oceans 400 million years ago. And, over the hundreds of millions of years, they’ve barely changed! They forgot to evolve! Yes, in the evolutionary worldview, in nearly half a billion years, earth saw massive changes to the temperature, topography, chemical makeup, and life forms in the oceans—but sharks forgot to evolve. What nonsense.
This new study highlights, once again, the complexity of God’s creation. Sharks didn’t evolve complex skin that is perfectly suited to their environment by chance, random processes 400 million years ago. Sharks, in all their complexity, were created by God on day five of creation week, along with the other swimming creatures." AIG

"Blue is one of the rarest colors in the animal world, and blue sharks get their striking blue color from nanostructures working together in their dermal denticles (a special type of skin design that looks liketeeth, which is why sharks feel like sandpaper). Guanine crystals reflect blue light, while melanosomes absorb other colors. Environmental pressures change the intensity of the effects of both of these structures. When sharks swim deeper, the nanostructures compress, making the sharks darker to camouflage in the deep. When sharks swim toward the surface, the nanostructures spread out, making the sharks lighter. When the denticles drift closer, they look bluer. When they drift apart, they can appear more green or more gold. These discoveries are inspiring thoughts on how to make color dyes that are nontoxic."

SDA History: W.A. Spicer on the 2 Great Fundamental Truths Uniting
"OUR periodicals and books dealing with the 1844 movement have frequently mentioned the name of O. R. L. Crosier. He was a friend of Hiram Edson, of western New York.
![]() |
O. R. L. Crosier |
Hiram Edson was the first to catch a glimpse of the Bible doctrine of the heavenly sanctuary.
Young Crosier, school-teacher and preacher, was the man walking over the fields with Edson on that morning of October 23, 1844, the day after the disappointment when Elder Edson stopped alone for a few moments of prayer by a shock of corn. Then it was that the truth was flashed into Brother Edson’s mind, “The sanctuary to be cleansed is in heaven.”
This earth was not the sanctuary to which Christ was to come in
1844! Hiram Edson told his experience to Crosier and others, and they began immediately to study the Bible doctrine of the sanctuary. Crosier was the student penman who wrote out the exposition.

Hiram Edson led out in securing funds and arranging for its publication.
This exposition was a most important step in the development of the advent doctrines.
It came to the attention of our pioneer Sabbath-keepers in New England. Soon Joseph Bates, of Massachusetts, visited Edson and the group with him and gave to them the Sabbath light.
Thus two great fundamental truths were shining out,
clear and bright."

Thus saith the LORD, Learn not the way of the heathen,... Jeremiah 10:2
"The rainy weather did not prevent Blanca ServÃn from dressing her 7-year-old son like a bird. They joined a procession honoring St. Francis Solanus, the patron saint of a town in Paraguay about 20 miles from the capital city of Asunción.Like her child, dozens of Catholics in Emboscada wear elaborate feathered garments each July 24. Dressing up is a ritual aimed at fulfilling promises made to the Spanish friar, who was a missionary in South America during the 16th century and is believed to grant miracles.
“I couldn’t have children,” ServÃn said. “I underwent several treatments and when I finally got pregnant and my child was born, the doctors said he would barely live for a few days.”
She then prayed to St. Francis Solanus and made a promise many parishioners make: If you do this for me, I will honor you on your feast day for seven years.
“My son is almost 7, and I have kept my promise,” ServÃn said. “But we will keep coming.”
Participants dressing up in feather garments are known as “promisers.” As part of the rituals, they cover their faces, imitate birds and distort their voices when speaking.
St. Francis is remembered as a missionary who evangelized the Indigenous people through music. The first church in his honor was erected in the 1930s. As parishioners increased, a new building was built later.
López said that participants use up to 30 hens, guinea fowls and geese to craft their costumes. “These garments represent what people used to wear in ancient times,” he added. “Gala suits were made with what nature provided: birds.”
Processions and dances honoring St. Francis start on July 22. The night before the feast day, a local family takes home a wooden figure depicting the friar in order to decorate it for the festivities.
On July 24, promisers and parishioners attend Mass at the St. Francis chapel, then lead a procession and end up dancing in front of the church.
According to historian Ana Barreto, the ancient context of the feast is as fascinating as the feast itself. It is celebrated in a territory that was disputed by two Indigenous people — the Guaranà and the Chacoan — before the Spaniards came in the 16th century.
“The Indigenous people sought to steal young women, take weapons and other valuable objects, and set the ranches on fire,” Barreto said.
Not all current participants in the St. Francis feast are aware of this, but their costumes and celebrations are a remembrance of this historic episode.According to Barreto, the Guaranà name of the event, “Guaykurú Ñemondé,” translates as “dressing like a barbarian.”

The reason might be hidden in an ancient Guaranà rite.
After battling the Chacoan, the Guaranà people kept their prisoners alive. They provided them with food and energizing drinks, and encouraged them to have sex with their women. Afterwards, they killed the prisoners and cooked them, serving them as a meal at a community banquet. “In this way, the enemy strengthened the GuaranÃ,” Barreto said." CRUX

On the Streets of Babylon: Beatles tunes replace Hymns on the Streets
Babylon is fallen, is fallen,..
Come out of her, My people,
Revelation 14:8/18:4
There seems to be "Beatles Songs Replacing Hymns" on the Streets of Babylon....
"San Dieguito United Methodist Church is a progressive UMC congregation in Encinitas, CA. Led by Rev. Dr. Mark Maddix, they pride themselves on being a “welcoming and inclusive community” that endeavors to “think critically, love authentically, and servepassionately.”
Rather than believing the bible is inspired and inerrant, they instead “view Scriptures through the lens of church tradition, human reason, and lived experience.”
This low view of Scripture perhaps explains a recent church service, where rather than have their usual worship set consisting of songs that praise the Lord and give Him glory, they invited a Beatles tribute band to play Beatles tunes, including Let it Be, I Want to Hold Your Hand, Eight Days a Week, and, Twist and Shout."

IN the NEWS - Men of Sodom Stalking Michigan for Decades
But the men of Sodom were wicked and sinners before the LORD exceedingly.
Genesis 13:13
"Dozens of senior figures from the Catholic Church in Michigan have been accused of historic sexual misconduct dating to the 1950s in a landmark report the state's top prosecutor released Monday.
Michigan investigators uncovered extensive allegations of
misconduct in the Diocese of Lansing against children and adults since 1950.
The report, which the state undertook after a search warrant was obtained in 2018, is based on interviews with alleged survivors of sexual misconduct, open-source media, more than 1,100 public tips and millions of computer files from the diocese, as well as reports disclosed by the church.
It accuses 56 people: 48 priests, three religious brothers, "an apparent former religious brother" and four deacons. Most of the alleged misconduct took place in the 1970s and the 1980s.
Eleven people have been charged in connection with the investigation, leading to nine convictions.
But many of those listed in the new report are now dead, and some living suspects cannot be prosecuted because of the statute of limitations or alleged victims' failure to press charges.
Rather than criminal convictions, the report's objective is to provide "an acknowledgment to the victims of these alleged crimes".
Those who have been convicted of crimes include Vincent DeLorenzo, 84, a Michigan priest who last year pleaded guilty to preying on a 5-year-old boy after a family funeral in 1987. He died in January while he was serving his sentence.
Timothy Crowley, a priest in Ann Arbor, was sentenced to a year in jail and five years' probation after he pleaded guilty to two counts of second-degree criminal sexual conduct.
Bishop Earl Boyea, the head of the Diocese of Lansing since 2008, apologized to all the victims.
The investigation into Lansing is just one of several probes into allegations of abuse within the church. The attorney general’s office has already published reports into Gaylord, Marquette and Kalamazoo and has said it will eventually have published reports into all of the state's seven dioceses by 2026." But many of those listed in the new report are now dead, and some living suspects cannot be prosecuted because of the statute of limitations or alleged victims' failure to press charges.
The attorney general’s office has already published reports into Gaylord, Marquette and Kalamazoo and has said it will eventually have published reports into all of the state's seven dioceses by 2026." Papal Notes - Leo to Continue Francis' Green Religion
They exchanged the truth about God for a lie, and worshiped and served created things rather than the Creator....
Romans 1:25 NIV
"Earlier that day, Pope Leo had visited the Vatican Observatory’s historic telescopes at Castel Gandolfo, where he is on summer break.
Founded in the 16th century and now staffed by Jesuit astronomers, the Vatican Observatory has long stood as a bridge between science and faith.
As the Pontiff follows his predecessors’ initiatives on environmental stewardship and interfaith dialogue.....The Apollo 11 anniversary, often celebrated with flag-waving and patriotic fervor, was instead marked by Pope Leo in a spirit of humility. “It reminds us that our place in the cosmos is not one of dominance,” he said, “but of wonder, responsibility, and care.”

Creation Moment 7/27/2025 - DIVINE DESIGN of Plant Leaves (photosystem II)
He causeth the grass to grow for the cattle, and herb for the service of man: that He may bring forth food out of the earth; The trees of the LORD are full of sap; the cedars of Lebanon, which He hath planted;
Psalm 104:14,16
"Plants.... Daniel Reeves did a beautiful job of presenting together on the design of these green creatures.
He cites Robert Boyle, chemist and Sabbatarian, who devoted his Sabbath study to the Book of Nature.

God’s possessions, made with wisdom, very much include plants. Daniel quotes from Psalm 104, a hymn to divine design, with an emphasis on types of vegetation.
He gives a macro picture of plant leaves as the most highly functional solar panels in existence, while Dr. Emily Reeves delves into the biochemical wonders of photosynthesis. She notes, for example, the operation of photosystem II, “the only enzyme in nature that is known to be able to split a water molecule into hydrogen and oxygen. That means that this little enzyme that’s in plant leaves is responsible for producing over 99 percent of all the oxygen in Earth’s atmosphere.” If you are currently breathing, you have “this little guy” to thank." The Sabbath Truth
Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy. Exodus 20:8
"The Sabbath truth must in no case be covered up.
We must let it appear in plain contrast with error.
As the end approaches, the testimonies of God's servants will become more decided and more powerful, flashing the light of truth upon the systems of error and oppression that have so long held the supremacy."

Creation Moment 7/26/2025 - Reverse of the so-called natural law
Owe no man any thing, but to love one another: for he that loveth another hath fulfilled the law. Romans 13:8
"The struggle for life and elimination of the weakest is a horrible process, against which our whole modern ethics revolts.
An ideal society is a non-selective society, one where the weak is protected; which is exactly the reverse of the so-called natural law.
I am surprised that a Christian would defend the idea that this is the process which God, more or less, set up in order to have evolution."

Faith and the Commandments
"IN the matter of the duty of keeping the commandments of God andthe faith of Jesus, it is not to be understood that the two can for a moment be separated.
---The commandments can not be kept acceptably to God except by faith in Jesus Christ;
---and faith in Christ amounts to nothing—is dead—unless it is manifested, made perfect, in good works: and these good works consist in keeping the commandments of God.
Christ kept the commandments of God:
“If ye keep My commandments, ye shall abide in My love; even as I have kept My Father's commandments, and abide in His love” (John 15:10).
By His obedience it is that many must be made righteous. “For as by one man's disobedience many were made sinners, so by the obedience of one shall many be made righteous” (Romans 5:19). But these are made righteous only by faith in Him, thus having “the righteousness of God which is by faith of Jesus Christ unto all and upon all them that believe: for there is no difference: for all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God” (Romans 3:22, 23)."

Creation Moment 7/25/2025 - Pay Attention
Thank you for making me so wonderfully complex!
Psalm 139:14 NLT
"Sridharan has long been fascinated by attention—how our brain decides to focus on one specific object in front of us and not get distracted by other objects in the background. In two recent studies, his team has teased out distinct brain regions and mechanisms involved in our ability to pay attention.
"When you pay attention to something, the brain processes information from it better and extracts useful content from that information—this aspect of attention is what we call sensitivity," explains Sridharan. "Bias is the brain deciding that some information is more important than others for making decisions."
Sridharan and his group have shown that a particular region of the brain, called the right posterior parietal cortex (rPCC), specifically regulates the bias component of attention."

SDA Issues - Purpose of SDA Ministers
But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of Him who hath called you out of darkness into His marvellous light:
1 Peter 2:9
"No Seventh-day Adventist minister has any kind of excuse whatever for not having studied the making of the beast, and what the beast is,until he is perfectly familiar with every feature of it, because that is just what he is here for.
"No Seventh-day Adventist minister has any kind of excuse whatever for not having studied the making of the beast, and what the beast is,until he is perfectly familiar with every feature of it, because that is just what he is here for.
He is called of God as a watchman to this people and this generation, and he must not let his time run by listlessly and carelessly, and not study that thing and know every feature of it, so he can point it out to the people in whatever way it may appear."

IN the NEWS - “Back to Church Sunday” campaign
"The “Back to Church Sunday” campaign is a nationwide initiativeaimed at boosting church attendance by rallying communities to gather together on Sunday, September 21, 2025.
Our very identity as a people is rooted in the call to “Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy” (Exodus 20:8), not to follow human tradition.
At its core, this campaign is more than just an effort to fill pews—it is a calculated push to unify churches around Sunday worship, which is increasingly being promoted as the central day for Christian identity and national unity. While this movement may appear harmless, it is ultimately incompatible with the teachings of the Holy Scriptures and with the final work that God is seeking to accomplish in these last days: a revival of His holy law and a restoration of Seventh-day Sabbath observance.
Our very identity as a people is rooted in the call to “Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy” (Exodus 20:8), not to follow human tradition.
The seventh-day Sabbath is not just a day of rest; it is a sign of loyalty to the Creator (Ezekiel 20:12, 20).
It was sanctified at Creation,
reaffirmed in the Ten Commandments,
and upheld by Jesus and the apostles."
