This secular apostasy within Christendom can be seen a century ago splitting Christians into 2 big camps - Modernist & Fundamentalist.
The roots of the secular apostasy were Marx, Freud & Darwin (Modernists accepting some of their teachings-Fundamentalists rejecting their teachings)
Fundamentalists Rejected them because----
MARX - Communism is equated with Atheism
FREUD - Promotion of Sexual Immorality
DARWIN - Assault on the opening lines of Scripture in Genesis 1&2
Christian dogma of a RESURRECTION poses the greatest threat to the above roots of the Secular Apostasy---
MARX - Humanity is independent of it's food chain
FREUD - Sexual euphoria loses out to higher Absolute
DARWIN - Evolution destroyed as man attains physical perfection in an instant
