Redemption
Before the Cross-
Concerning the
feasts of the LORD,... an holy convocation;
ye shall do no work therein:
it is the sabbath of the LORD in all your dwellings.
These are the feasts of
the LORD,
even holy
convocations,
which ye shall
proclaim in their seasons.

Cross-
Let no man

holyday,

moon,

shadow of the things that were to come;
the reality, however, is found in

16 Nisan (March/April)
Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them,
When ye be come into the land which I give unto you,
and shall reap the harvest thereof,
then ye shall bring a sheaf of the firstfruits of your harvest unto the priest:
And ye shall offer that day when ye wave the sheaf an he lamb without blemish
of the first year for a burnt offering unto the LORD.

SANCTUARY:
Altar of Incense...as the offering was offered up to the Lord, so too are your prayers to be offered up. The altar of incense represents the prayers of the people ascending to God.
NOTES:
This was the day to begin the 50 day countdown to Pentecost. This also represents the resurrection of Christ. Many Christians commemorate this day with "Easter".
