SCAM ALERT - David Herzog-do U really believe he raised the dead?

David Herzog, a charismatic minister, tells Sid Roth he prayed for and raised a dead child. Who really believes that? He claims he performs miracles where people mysteriously get gold teeth and lose weight....
You really think he was called to be the "gold tooth" prophet? He is a scam artist. ...

What is this "leap year" stuff about from Mr. Herzog on his website? Sounds kinda like  horoscope/new age rhetoric-
"LEAP YEAR:

God will cause those that have been faithful, to actually leap and accomplish more in 1 year than they have in 4 years. With that will come 4 times more harvest, favor, and blessings. Previous closed doors will open while others doors the Lord never intended for you to go through will remain shut for your benefit, while other new doors will open that are more than we could ask or think."

Is he into occultic numerology? Also, from his website-
"12 is the number of government. This year God will either reinforce your alignments and/or connect with new apostolic alignments that have to do with your destiny."

So we have Lucky Numbers this year, #'s 4 & 12? What kind of new age psycho-babble is this from Mr. Herzog?
Then the LORD said unto me, The prophets prophesy lies in my name: I sent them not, neither have I commanded them, neither spake unto them: they prophesy unto you a false vision and divination, and a thing of nought, and the deceit of their heart.
