Blood does the following:
@ Regulates acidity/alkalinity (pH)
@ Provides oxygen
@ Removes carbon dioxide & waste
@ Carries vitamins & minerals
@ Carries blood messengers called hormones
Blood goes through the pancreas which where its higher sugar level stimulates production of hormone insulin. The insulin then flows through the system regulating the amount of sugar cells take in. The brain depends on sugar (glucose) to function. If glucose is too low we pass out. The whole system is very fine tuned-DESIGNED.
