"The authors of a new paper in Nature Nanotechnology commit the fallacy right in the title: 
"Evolution of a designless nanoparticle network into reconfigurable Boolean logic." 

* If it's reconfigurable, it's not designless. 

* If they "evolved" it to do logic, 

it's illogical to call it Darwinian, 

which they say inspired their approach. 

* If they applied their minds 

to exploit the physical properties 

of particles for a purpose, 

then they circumvented the

 purposelessness of natural selection."
