The Little Horn
And of the ten horns that were in his head, and of the other which came up,
and before whom three fell; even of that horn that had eyes, and a mouth that
spake very great things, whose look was more stout than his fellows.
And he shall speak great words against the most High,
and shall wear out the
saints of the most High,
and think to change times and laws:
and they shall be
given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time.
But the judgment shall sit, and they shall take away his dominion, to consume
and to destroy it unto the end.
Yea, he magnified himself even to the prince of the host,
and by him the daily
sacrifice was taken away,
and the place of his sanctuary was cast down.

Leopard-like Beast
And I stood upon the sand of the sea, and saw a beast rise up out of the sea,
having seven heads and ten horns,
and upon his horns ten crowns,
and upon his
heads the name of blasphemy.
And the beast which I saw was like unto a leopard,
and his feet were as the
feet of a bear,
and his mouth as the mouth of a lion:
and the dragon gave him
his power,
and his seat, and great authority.
And I saw one of his heads as it were wounded to death;
and his deadly wound was
healed:
and all the world wondered after the beast.
And there was given unto him a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies;
and
power was given unto him to continue forty and two months.
And he opened his mouth in blasphemy against God,
to blaspheme his name, and his
tabernacle, and them that dwell in heaven.

power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations.

Q: By what power was pagan Rome suceeded? -- Papal Rome... (first 4 beasts were Babylon/Lion, Medo-Persia/Bear, Greece/Leopard then pagan Rome/Dreadful beast-from which the ten horns and then the Little Horn arose from--Notice the animal qualities of the "Leopard-like" beast...a mix of the previous 3 which Rome built its empire upon)

Q: Laws of who?-- Obviously God's Laws & Times-from Sabbath, the 7th day of the week, to Sunday, the first day of the week as Papal Rome has done....

Q: What happened in 1798 (end of the 1260 years or 42 Months which began in 538)? Pope Pius VI was taken prisoner by orders of Napoleon and later died in captivity. It began in Austria-"Emperor Joseph declared in December 1781: 'Christian religion is only to be measured by the needs of the soveiegn power, or that the Pope in Rome is entitled only to the guardianship of the principles of faith; the state is entitled to everything about the church that is not of divine but of human invention and institution'." Decline and Fall of the Roman Church by Cardinal Martin p.231...... This then spread across all Europe until the papacy lost ALL temporal power and was helpless, culminating in France banning religion during the revolution of the 1790's.

Q: How was the Sanctuary cast down? It was cast down here to earth to be trampled upon and blasphemed, as the duties of Christ in the Sanctuary were mocked down here by the Mass, Last Rites, and Confession to a human priest as well as "intercessory" prayers. Let's not forget about the supposed power of "excommunication" as well arrogated to a man here on earth...
