To day if ye will hear his voice,
harden not your hearts, as in the provocation.
Whereas ye know not what shall be on the morrow.
For what is your life? It is even a vapor, that appeareth for a little time, and then vanisheth away. Hebrews 3:15/James 4:14Q: Did she know, as she entered the barn yard, that her Probation was about to Close?

Mrs. Eli Griffin, 63 years old, is dead as the result of being attacked by an enraged Holstein bull at her home near here yesterday.
There is some doubt, however, whether death was due to being trampled
by the bull or from fright.
--Mrs. Griffin and her two daughters had gone to the barn yard to do
some chores.
--As Mrs. Griffin started to enter the barn she yelled to
her children to run, telling them that the bull was mad. The bull was
close onto her when she gave the warning to the children.
--After the
animal left the barn the children found Mrs. Griffin dead in one
corner of the building. Her clothing had been born open, but there
were only a few bruises on her body.
Mrs. Griffin was a daughter of Wesley Dirrim, of Hamilton. Her husband
is a local minister of the United Brethren Church.
Nettie Mae Dirrim, daughter of Hugh and Catherine (Spiece) Dirrim, was
born in Otsego township, Steuben county, October 13, 1872, departed this
life at her home in Pleasant township, Steuben county, October 2, 1918.
