Following news that The Department of Homeland Security’s new ‘disinformation governance board’ will be headed by a woman who says free speech makes her ‘shudder’ and who falsely labeled the Hunter Biden laptop story disinformation, Republicans called for the body to be scrapped, labeling it a ‘monstrosity’. 

 

Heading the opposition to what has been compared to the Ministry of Truth in Orwell’s 1984, Senator Josh Hawley wrote to DHS Secretary Mayorkas noting “I confess, I at first thought this announcement was satire.”

 

Permitted speech will be defined by government agencies, and the mechanisms for controlling, targeting or removing speech that challenges that narrative will now lead to content removal.

disturbing footage was his only clip on YouTube – still, this fact does not make the video any less chilling.

An unidentified Ukrainian man shared a video in which he claims to have discovered a human bone with meat in a burnt tank in the Gostomel area – a bone which allegedly belonged to a deceased Russian soldier.

In the chilling footage, the “blogger” proceeds to “cook” what he claims is the human meat of the Russian soldier, only to taste it afterward.

He then notes it was always his dream to try the meat of a Russian.

Aside from YouTube, where the video was quickly deleted by the platform for breaching community guidelines, the man shared the footage on his Instagram page, attaching a threatening caption.

...he wrote...“All large Telegram channels were shocked. What did you expect? Do you still think we’re happy to see Russian soldiers? The best that awaits them is quick death. The worst – see in the video.” IW

"The case involved is a 4-year-old boy who had been hospitalized on April 10 in Zhumadian city in the central province of Henan, China’s health commission said in an April 26 statement.

H3N8 is known to infect horses, seals, and dogs. It is one of the two strains that cause dog flu in the United States, according to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). It has been detected in dogs across much of the United States, CDC said on its website, adding it hasn’t infected a human.

The commission said that the chances of it spreading among people were low. China’s commission said an initial assessment determined the variant is of avian origin. It noted there were chickens and crows raised in the boy’s home and that wild ducks were populated in the area.

The boy developed symptoms including a fever on April 5 and was diagnosed with H3N8 about two weeks later on April 24, according to the statement.

He is in critical condition, according to Hong Kong’s health department, citing a notification from Beijing. The National Health Commission did not mention this detail in the statement." ZeroHedge

Isabelle Trowbridge Wilson was born a Preble, New York, march 9th 1824  and died at her residence near Kendallville, on Christmas morning 1879  in the 56th year of her age. 

At the age of eight years, she with her parents moved to Ohio, and

again in 1837 to the state of Indiana, when on April 1st she was married to Albert Wilson. 

In 1841 she united with the M.E. church at this place, and ever after kept her membership in the church and practiced her religion in her daily walk and conversation. 

She was beloved by all who know her and her loss will be severely felt  by a husband and six children, five brothers and a large circle of friends. Her funeral took place at the M.E. church, and was largely attended. The services by the pastor."

Creation Moment 4/26/2022 - Darwin's Vomiting Fit

It was made manifest that the sentence of death pronounced upon the fallen race for the transgression of God's law was both just and merciful. After the Flood, God put in place the death penalty for murder, saying:

And from each human being, too, I will demand an accounting for the life of another human being. “Whoever sheds human blood, by humans shall their blood be shed; for in the image of God has God made mankind.” Gen. 9:4-6

The question that comes to my mind is: why didn’t God institute the death penalty immediately, executing it on Cain, the first murderer?  

 

The answer seems to be that God wants us—to see what happens when crime goes unpunished. God wants us to see what results when Satan’s kingdom goes unchecked.  There are those who argue that God should have put an end to sin immediately, as soon as sin was manifested in the life of Lucifer.  

 

But God has taken “the long view,” knowing that if He had snuffed out Lucifer immediately, sin would crop up again in the creatures He had created with free will.  This would likely happen over and over unless the fruits of Satan’s rebellion were allowed to ripen over centuries and  millennia.  So God allowed Cain’s life to continue so that all could see where unpunished crime leads."

Creation Moment 4/25/2022 - Mivart: Early Scientific Challenge to Darwin

Mivart argued, to give one example, that natural selection could not produce structures as complex as the vertebrate eye because the beginning stages of the structure would serve no purpose until all of its essential components were present (we know this as ‘irreducible complexity’).
Darwin “was horribly discountenanced by Mivart’s objections to his theory”. 

 

As a result of Mivart’s valid criticisms, Darwin ruthlessly attacked
him in writing. Mivart also opposed eugenics, and Darwin’s defense of his (Darwin’s) son’s work in this area was so strong that not long after Mivart critiqued his son, Darwin formally cut off all communication with Mivart."
