Isabelle Trowbridge Wilson was born a Preble, New York, march 9th 1824 and died at her residence near Kendallville, on Christmas morning 1879 in the 56th year of her age.

Isabelle Trowbridge Wilson was born a Preble, New York, march 9th 1824 and died at her residence near Kendallville, on Christmas morning 1879 in the 56th year of her age.
At the age of eight years, she with her parents moved to Ohio, and again in 1837 to the state of Indiana, when
on April 1st she was married to Albert Wilson.
In 1841 she united with
the M.E. church at this place, and ever after kept her membership in
the church and practiced her religion in her daily walk and conversation.
She was beloved by all who know her and her loss will be severely felt by a husband and six children, five brothers and a large circle of friends. Her funeral took place at the M.E. church, and was largely attended. The services by the pastor."
