We have the breath of life He breathed into the human race
the anointed of the LORD,
He is our Messiah
was taken in their pits, of whom we said,
Under his shadow we shall live among the heathen. Lamentations 4:20
What is this shadow that protects us? The tabernacle where His plan of salvation is laid out.
And there shall be a tabernacle for a shadow in the daytime from the heat,
and for a place of refuge,
and for a covert from storm and from rain.
Isaiah 4:6
Who serve unto the example and shadow of heavenly things,
as Moses was admonished of God when he was about to make the tabernacle:
Hebrews 8:5
