"Darwin’s notion (yes, notion, not scientific theory) that mindless nature “selects” for fitness (equated to survival) and that this random shuffling of matter produced human brains out of slime over millions of years has been taken to ridiculous levels.

What came first, life or evolution? Self-replicating molecules demonstrate basic principles of Darwinian evolution (2 Dec 2024, Univ of Groningen via Phys.org). The Darwin lovers who wrote this must have been drunk on Darwine. 

They make natural selection a god.

"In a paper, titled “Competitive exclusion among self-replicating molecules curtails the tendency of chemistry to diversify” published in Nature Chemistry on 29 November, Sijbren Otto, Professor of

Systems Chemistry at the University of Groningen, demonstrates that key principles of Darwinian evolution, such as survival of the fittest, also manifest themselves in simple non-living systems.

Otto and his team used a system of three different self-replicating molecules, that, under the right conditions, grow and divide spontaneously. When set up to compete against each other, all requiring the same chemical building block to grow and replicate, one of them eventually outcompeted the others.

This is an example of “survival of the fittest.” However, when they required different building blocks, all replicators were able to “survive” and co-exist. This resembles how species co-exist in different ecological niches.

These results demonstrate that the basic principles of Darwinian evolution can act on non-living materials, suggesting that evolution predates life. The next step is to investigate where Darwinian evolution can lead such non-living materials.

Why the 1st Day "Sunday" Can NEVER be the Sabbath

"Alexander Campbell, that the Sabbath could not be changed "unless creation were gone through with again." 

It is conceivable that by that means the Sabbath could be changed to another day. But I conceive, or think I do at least, that we may go a step farther, and inquire whether there is any one day of the week to which the Sabbath could not be changed, or upon which the Sabbath could not be placed..... it be desired to change it to the first day, 

Q: can it be done? 

A: It cannot; 

----for the day on which creation was performed, would of

consequence and necessarily be the first day, and the same day cannot be both a working day and a rest-day. 

It matters not how small a portion of the day might be employed in the work, however small it might be, it would effectually destroy the possibility of its being made a rest-day. For, to be a rest-day, the whole of the day would have to be spent in rest.

In a great many instances we think the papal church has outdone every other system in the absurdity of its errors. But in this she has fairly outdone herself in absurdity. 

For of all days which can be conceived of, she has chosen the very one, and the only one, which is entirely shut out from all conceivable possibility of ever being made a Sabbath (I write it with reverence) even by the Lord Himself. For, as it is impossible for God to lie

and how well those are described as worshipers of the beast who, contrary to Scripture, reason, and all persuasion, will observe the institution above all else. 

And so God is just in declaring against them, and visiting upon them the plagues of His wrath; because the very thing that by ever possibility is excluded, the beast has adopted, and they with pains and penalties have enforced."

"Two kindergarten students, ages 5 and 6, are in “extremely critical condition” after a shooting at a small Seventh-day Adventist School in California — with the suspected gunman dead from an apparent self-inflicted gunshot.

Gunfire broke out around 1 p.m. at the Feather River School of Seventh-Day Adventists in Palermo, an elementary school with an enrollment of only 33 students.
“This is horribly tragic,” Butte County Sheriff Kory Honea said during a news conference near the school, shared by KCRA.
Honea said the suspected shooter — who has not yet been identified — was dropped off at the school by a gray four-door sedan, that may have been a ride-sharing service, for a meeting with the principal about potentially enrolling a student. A child was not believed to be present during the meeting, the sheriff added.
Authorities said they have not yet verified if the purpose of that meeting was legitimate, as they are still in the early stages of the investigation.
“Shortly after concluding that meeting, the principal heard shots being fired, heard screams, and that’s when they determined or found that the two students had been shot,” Honea said.
Officials confirmed the male gunman was found at the scene with a self-inflicted gunshot wound near a slide on the playground.
He is not believed to have any connection to the school or the students, according to the sheriff, who added the shooter may have targeted the school because of its affiliation with the Seventh-Day Adventist Church.
Following the shooting, the school was sent into lockdown and roads in the rural area around the school were closed as police investigated.

3rd Angel's Message: Consequence of the 1st & 2nd

"THE expression "the Third Angel's Message" has reference to the

message borne by the third in a series of three angels, each one bearing a message, in the fourteenth chapter of Revelation. 

The messages of these three angels blend and culminate in the third, which does not cease to sound until the harvest of the earth is ripe, and made ready for the coming of the Lord to reap it. 

The Third Angel's Message itself, as it is announced in the words of the third angel, separated from the other two, is as follows: 

"And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand, the same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb: and the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name. Here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus." 

This is the Third Angel's Message, as it would stand separated from the other two. 

But, in fact, it can not be regarded as separate, and can not be made to stand apart as if it alone were a single, separate message to the world; for the very first words concerning it are: "The third angel followed THEM." 

Thus, by the very first words of the message itself we are referred not only to the one, but to the two which preceded it. And the Greek word translated "followed" signifies not following apart, nor only following, but "following with," ....."to follow one in a thing; to let one's self be led." 

---When spoken of things, it signifies to follow as a result; to follow "as a consequence of something which had gone before." 

Thus, as to persons, the third angel follows with the two which have preceded; and his message, as a thing, follows as a result, or consequence, of the two which have gone before."

"The Archdiocese of New York, under the leadership of Cardinal Timothy Dolan, has announced the first round of a series of layoffs of workers within their organization, a needed restructuring to save money to pay victims of sexual abuse......the Archdiocese announced that it had sold its longtime office headquarters for more than $100M. The offices, at the 20-story Terence Cardinal Cooke Building, also housed offices for Catholic Charities of New York and Catholic Near East Welfare Association and are being sold off to be redeveloped as residential units with the Archdiocese downsized.

The building sale was followed by laying off 18 workers, or some 4% of their administrative staff, which they estimate will save them $1.5M a year, with more planned in the next few months.

New York, Dolan explained: "We have worked hard to settle meritorious cases not covered by insurance in justice for the victims of years past. We settled over 400 cases.....There remains about 1400 cases of alleged abuse, some dating back to World War II! To be clear, not all of these allegations are against priests. In fact, the two largest groups of complaints are against a former volunteer basketball coach and a former janitor."..... the Archdiocese is suing their insurance company, Chubb, because “even though we have paid them over $2 billion in premium by today’s standards, is now attempting to evade their legal and moral contractual obligation to settle covered claims which would bring peace and healing to victim-survivor.”
Chubb insists that they are not obligated to settle several of these claims, some of which go back over 80 years, because the church knew about the abuse and didn’t do anything to stop it, making them not responsible."

II. If such provision has been made, can Christians avail themselves of it in this life?

I find it said to Joseph, by the angel, in relation to the promised Messiah. Mat. 1:21. "Thou shalt call His name Jesus:" (i.e., Savior) "for He shall save his people from their sins." 

For this very purpose, then, He is my Savior, to save me from my sins; and this is just the Savior that I need. 

When John the Baptist pointed out Christ, he said, "Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world." 

This is what I need, 

a Savior to take away my sins."

III. The people love to have it so. This is true of great multitudes who call themselves God's people. Their love to Christ has waxed cold, and consequently they do not love his appearing; but, like Demas, they do love this present world, and therefore any fable, however groundless, which promises them long enjoyment in possessing the trifles of this world, is gladly received: they love to have it so.

IV. And what will ye do in the end thereof ? I know there are many who ask, what will be the result of saying the end of all things is at hand? But I read in my Bible, Isa. lxvi. 5: "Hear the word of the Lord, ye that tremble at His word; your brethren that hated you, that cast you out for My name's sake, said, let the Lord be glorified-but He shall appear to your joy, and they shall be ashamed." I have learned to tremble at the word of the Lord.

Creation Moment 12/3/2024 - Moons of Uranus tell us.......

The heavens declare the glory of God,

and the sky above proclaims His handiwork.

"Bluish-green and big, about 63 times the size of Earth, Uranus is the seventh from the Sun of the nine known planets in our solar system. Unusual in many ways, Uranus and its moons pose big problems for evolutionary theories of planet formation, and can be seen as an exciting testament to the Creator.

The moons’ orbits were discovered to be perpendicular to the ‘ecliptic’ (the plane in which most of the planets orbit the Sun). 

This meant that either the moons were orbiting Uranus around its poles instead of its equator, or else the rotational axis of Uranus itself was inclined way over compared to the other planets. The latter turned out to be the case. 

Uranus’s equator is at 98 degrees to the ecliptic.2 Instead of spinning like a top as it orbits the Sun, as the other planets do, Uranus rolls along on its side. Thus, for part of its orbit, the ‘north’ pole of Uranus faces the Sun, while the ‘south’ pole faces the Sun during a different portion of the orbit. (Indeed, there is disagreement as to which pole should be considered north, and which one south!).

This situation is impossible, according to evolutionary ideas about the formation of the solar system, namely that the planets condensed from a rotating nebula. 

Uranus cannot have formed this way naturally. 

Q: What then is the evolutionists’ solution? 

A: Most of them believe that Uranus did actually form the ‘correct’ way, i.e. as according to evolution, but then was subsequently knocked over during a collision with another planet, supposedly the size of the Earth. Indeed, “Models for the development of the solar system cannot produce such an orientation without invoking a collision with another object.” 

Q: How feasible is this explanation?
First of all, Uranus’s orbit shows no sign of such a catastrophic collision. Its orbit is one of the most circular of all the planets (only

Venus, Earth and Neptune have orbits that are more circular). A collision would have more likely resulted in a more elliptical orbit. Also, Uranus’s orbit lies more closely within the ecliptic plane than any other planet except Earth. A massive collision should have disturbed the planet’s orbit more than this.

Furthermore, the moons of Uranus pose many problems all by themselves. Today, they are orbiting around the planet’s equator, which is approximately at a right angle to the ecliptic. Obviously, these moons could not have been present when the supposed Earth-size object hit Uranus, because the moons would have been scattered or disrupted, and would not have quietly moved into stable orbits that are now inclined 98 degrees away from their previous orbits.

Finally, this idea of a catastrophic impact implies more than a little hypocrisy among the evolutionists. Christians are mocked by evolutionists for accepting the Biblical account of a global Flood (an event for which there is abundant physical evidence), because it was a one-time catastrophe. We are told that such catastrophes are unrepeatable, and are therefore ‘unscientific’. Yet here we see that evolutionists are allowed to invoke one-off planetary catastrophes with impunity, to overcome problems within their belief system." CMI

It is clear that by "the law," "the commandment," "the judgments,"

of the Lord, David means the ten commandments, which are abundantly proven to be the law of God (Ex. 31:18; 32:15, 16; Deut. 10:4), by which the servants of God are "warned," and in keeping of which is "great reward." 

The "warning," the second commandment: "Visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate Me." 

Now the reward: "Showing mercy unto thousands of them that love Me, and keep My commandments."

This is most obvious in Genesis 1:31: “And God saw everything that he had made, and behold, it was very good.” Once everything was finished, He called it ‘very good’. Indeed, this is the seventh use of ‘good’ in Genesis 1, and the only time it is intensified with ‘very’."

CBC News reports Borderland Pride tasked Emo with the job of declaring June as Pride Month and ordered municipal authorities to fly an “LGBTQ2 rainbow flag for a week of your choosing” despite the fact they lack an official flagpole.

That rejection sparked a years-long arbitration process in which the tribunal ruled against the township, the National Post reports.

The tribunal ruled Borderland Pride will be awarded $15,000, with $10,000 coming from the township itself and the other $5,000 coming from Emo mayor Harold McQuaker."

Seventh-day Adventist Pastor Emilio Gandur from the district of Rosario de la Frontera, in the province of Salta, Argentina, joined

Roman Catholics, members from the church of Scientology, Latter Day Saints, Baha’is, Sikhs, the Focolare Movement, and political leaders for a Sunday transcendental ecumenical worship service on November 17, 2024.

The official page of the Government of Salta, Argentina, reported that the dead Guru Nanak was celebrated because he venerated all religions and called on people to respect all deities.

Here we see an Adventist pastor participating in a religious ceremony on Sunday that teaches that everything is part of one essence, including God, and that through meditation, everyone has the potential to become a god by connecting to the oneness of the divine whole (universe). This is pure spiritualism and pantheism.

Radio San Martin, 98.7 FM, published that this same event took place on Sunday in a Sikh temple and that a “transcendental meeting” took place for the first time with various religions, including Seventh-day Adventists:
• “The 1st Interreligious Prayer Meeting under the motto ‘For the End of Wars and Peace in the World’—This Sunday at the Sikh Temple a transcendental meeting was held for the first time, where representatives of different religions joined in prayer for peace.”
• “Religious Leaders: the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Susana Segovia; minister and public relations of Scientology; Pastor Emilio Gandur, Seventh-Day Adventist Church; Priest Eduardo Carrera, Roman Catholic Apostolic Church, Lord and Virgin of the Miracle Church.”
• “Guru Nanak, venerated all religions, promoting respect for saints of all times and places. He preached love, faith, and noble actions. He was a prophet of peace, goodwill, and harmony.”

Ganoune Diop and his followers have set a dangerous precedent, signaling that such compromises are acceptable, even virtuous, when they are, in fact, leading the church away from its divine mission. It is time to recognize that these leaders have been wrong—not only in their own actions but also in influencing others to follow a path that leads to perdition.
These ecumenical agents who are found all throughout the ranks of the church are diluting the everlasting gospel, replacing it with Rome’s ecumenical gospel. 

Our only hope is to recognize this danger, reject the lure of false unity, and run from it with urgency. 

Ecumenism is a deadly cancer within the church, and those who promote it must be cut out to preserve the purity and truth of the gospel."

A leading icon of Science in our age is the collection of bone fragments of ‘Lucy’—Australopithecus afarensis—the supposed early ancestor of modern man. In paleoanthropologist Bernard Woods’ words, Lucy is paleoanthropology’s superstar. One example of her icon status is that her bones are securely protected

"Inside a specially constructed safe at the National Museum of Ethiopia in Addis Ababa [where] sit the fragile remains of the world’s most celebrated human ancestor. She was once a hardy survivor in an unforgiving environment, but now her partial skeleton receives round-the-clock protection in a temperature-controlled setting."

One of the most honored ways a human can receive acknowledgment

is to be featured on a nation’s postage stamps. 

A Facebook website on illustrations of human evolution on stamps has 3.4 thousand members.

Even some leading paleontologists have expressed major reservations about Lucy. Professor Bernard Wood listed reasons for his concerns about the significance of Lucy including that although she is “one of the most complete early-hominin fossils in terms of the number of bones preserved, even if the quality of their preservation leaves something to be desired.” In his American Scientist article, Wood added that there is
