Pope Leo:
“The followers of Christ are summoned to become artisans of

reconciliation: to confront division with courage, indifference with compassion, and to bring healing where there has been hurt."

2nd Angel's Message:
When Leo says “followers of Christ are summoned to become artisans of reconciliation: to confront division”…..he runs counter to the 2nd Angel’s Message which actually calls people to unreconcile from this unity and to be in division from it.

And there followed another angel, saying, Babylon is fallen, is fallen, that great city, because she made all nations drink of the wine of the wrath of her fornication.
And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, My people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.

every feature present truth. And when in its own words it is shown that this message is given in view of the fact that the hour of God’s judgment “is come,” and knowing that now is the time of that message, it is only present truth thoroughly to believe that in very truth "the hour of His judgment is come."

That message is now due

 in the world. 

It is being given to the world. For years this has been so. Therefore for years it has been, and it now is, present truth that the hour of God’s judgment is come."

Dig Deeper into the 3 Angel's Messages

"Revelation 14:9,10 If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand, The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation. 

.... show this wrath to be the seven last plagues, and which show that with the seventh of these plagues comes the end of the world. 

But all do not worship the Beast and his Image. 

Revelation 15:2,3 And I saw as it were a sea of glass mingled with fire: and them that had gotten the victory over the beast, and over his image, and over his mark, and over the number of his name, stand on the sea of glass, having the harps of God. And they sing the song of Moses the servant of God, and the song of the Lamb, saying, Great and marvelous are your works, Lord God Almighty; just and true are your ways, you King of saints. 

Q: How do these get the victory? 

A: Notice; the message not only warns all men against the worship of the Beast and his Image, but it tells how to avoid that worship; it not only tells men what they shall not do, but it tells them what to do; it not only calls men to the conflict with the Beast and his Image, but it tells them how to get the victory; and this is contained in the words, Revelation 14:12 Here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus. 

Here, then, is a message which is now due, which is to go “to every nation, and kindred, and tongue, and people,” calling upon all to keep the commandments of God and the faith of Jesus. The purpose of this message is to gather out from “all that dwell upon the earth” a people of whom it can truly be said, “Here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus.”

James White on 3rd Angel's Message SERIES: 1844 Application from Sinai

"Again, when the children of Israel had left Egypt, the first

commandment urged on them was the Sabbath of the Lord our God. So, also, it was with us, after we got out of Babylon into the wilderness of the people, this side of 1844. Then it began to ring in our ears.

It was the last important truth and commandment urged from Mount Sinai, when God… Exodus 31:18 ...made an end of communing with Moses upon the Mount. 

It was then and there urged and enjoined by the most powerful motives. 12 And the Lord spoke unto Moses, saying, 13 Speak also unto the children of Israel, saying, Verily my sabbaths you shall keep: for it is a sign between me and you throughout your generations; that you may know that I am the Lord that does sanctify you. 14 You shall keep the sabbath therefore; for it is holy unto you: every one that defiles it shall surely be put to death: for whosoever does any work therein, that soul shall be cut off from among his people. 15 Six days may work be done; but in the seventh is the sabbath of rest, holy to the Lord...."

"The third angel is raising his loud and warning voice against worshiping the beast, or receiving his mark, and has he no mark to administer? 

Yes, he has the seal (or mark) of the living God. 

Q: What is it? 

A: Revelation 14:12 [Keeping] the commandments of God, and the faith of Je sus. 

Q: Why is it said “here are they that keep the commandments of God”? 

A: Evidently because one of them had been cast down to the ground, and trodden under foot for more than 1200 years. 

And although the other nine had been kept, yet it could not be said that they were keeping the commandments, be cause it is written,

James 2:10 For whosoever shall keep the whole law, but shall fail with respect to one precept, has become guilty of all. 

Therefore the trodden down commandment must be re stored and kept, before it can be said, Revelation 14:12 Here are they that keep the commandments of God. 

Nine of them are universally admitted to be in full force, and binding upon mankind. 

--And there is no particular cross, or test of faith in admitting or confessing them. The veriest worldling will do this. 

--But the cross and test is, in confessing and obeying the trodden down Holy Sabbath commandment. God has always had a present truth test for his church to believe, which was the sealing, saving truth of the time then present.
Q: And think you that the third angel has no testing, sealing truth? Strange indeed if he has not."

The Calling God's Sheep Out Of Babylon

3rd Angel's Message: Consequence of the 1st & 2nd

"THE expression "the Third Angel's Message" has reference to the

message borne by the third in a series of three angels, each one bearing a message, in the fourteenth chapter of Revelation. 

The messages of these three angels blend and culminate in the third, which does not cease to sound until the harvest of the earth is ripe, and made ready for the coming of the Lord to reap it. 

The Third Angel's Message itself, as it is announced in the words of the third angel, separated from the other two, is as follows: 

"And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand, the same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb: and the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name. Here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus." 

This is the Third Angel's Message, as it would stand separated from the other two. 

But, in fact, it can not be regarded as separate, and can not be made to stand apart as if it alone were a single, separate message to the world; for the very first words concerning it are: "The third angel followed THEM." 

Thus, by the very first words of the message itself we are referred not only to the one, but to the two which preceded it. And the Greek word translated "followed" signifies not following apart, nor only following, but "following with," ....."to follow one in a thing; to let one's self be led." 

---When spoken of things, it signifies to follow as a result; to follow "as a consequence of something which had gone before." 

Thus, as to persons, the third angel follows with the two which have preceded; and his message, as a thing, follows as a result, or consequence, of the two which have gone before."

Why would anyone display the Three Angels of Revelation 14 with the rainbow colors in light of the fact that the rainbow has universally come to symbolize LGBTQ+ pride? The rainbow colors are a symbol of affirmation and solidarity with the LGBTQ+ movement. In many parts of the world, Adventism is evolving into a “woke” movement dedicated to social activism. Many people today worship the gods of diversity, equity, and inclusion, which means they embrace the entire spectrum of gender identities and sexual orientations."

The Voice of Elijah

"God has said, Malachi 4:5 

Behold I will send you Elijah the prophet before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the Lord.

Said Jesus, Matthew 17:11 

Elijah truly shall first come, and restore all things.

YOU have heard the voice of Elijah in the advent doctrine, which has been proclaimed in the spirit and power of Elijah, and will you now turn a deaf ear to his voice in the message of the third angel, crying in the wilderness of the people, 

Isaiah 40:3 

Prepare the way of the Lord, make strait in the desert a highway

for our God. 

Isaiah 57:14 

Cast up, cast up, prepare the way, take up the stumbling block out of the way of My people. 

Isaiah 62:10 

Go through, go through the gates; prepare the way of the people; cast up, cast up the highway; gather out the stones; lift up a standard for the people.

The beast and his image, his mark and worship (Sunday keeping), are clear. 

Also, it is clear the keeping the true Sabbath is the seal or mark of God. 

Those who worship the beast and his image, by observing the first day, are certainly idolaters, as were the worshipers of the golden calf in the wilderness. 

1 Corinthians 10:7.14

Neither be idolaters, as were some of them. 

Wherefore, my dearly beloved, flee from idolatry. 

Satan always gets his counterfeit mark just as near the true mark of God as he can.

Unfolding of the 3 Angels Messages

"Thus the rejection of the first of the three angels messages of

Revelation 14, resulted in the "falling away" from the truth, and the formation of Babylon the daughters. 

And, therefore, the second message became due to the world, and must be given: "Babylon is fallen, is fallen, that great city, because she made all nations drink of the wine of the wrath of her fornication." 

---And as the first "falling away," which resulted in Babylon the mother, ended in the formation of "the beast," 

---so this latter falling away, which results in Babylon's daughters, ends in the formation of "the image of the beast." 

---And this necessitates the third of the three angels' messages,—the great and mighty Third Angel's Message,— which follows the first two, "saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand, the same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation." 3rd Angel’s Message & the Law of God

"The work of Christ also demands that the law of God be held up

before all people, by which they must compare their lives; 

--for the place and work of Christ in heaven are in the most holy place, blotting out the sins of his people from Abel onward. 

--And that requires a comparison of their lives with the law of God.

So, therefore, the Third Angel’s Message supplies this demand when, following the angel who had gone before, crying,

Moreover, brethren,

What Should Be The Fruit Of Accepting The 3rd Angels Message?

O wretched man that I am! who shall deliver me from the body of this death? 

Romans 7:24

"That all who accept the third angel's message should enter into the

experience of justification by faith. 

They should have Christ revealed to and in them. 

They should know by personal experience the work of regeneration.  

They should have the fullest assurance that they have been born anew, from above, and that they have passed from death unto life. 

They should know that their guilt has been canceled,that they have been delivered from the condemnation of the law, and are thus ready to appear before the judgment seat of Christ."

"A serious question arose in the minds of some who heard the message of Righteousness by Faith presented at the Minneapolis Conference, as to the relation that message bore to the third angel's message. 

In their perplexity, a number wrote to Mrs. E. G. White for an

expression of her views on this question. Regarding this inquiry and her reply, we have her published statement, as follows: "Several have written to me,inquiring if the message of justification by faith is the third angel's message, and I have answered, 'It is the third angel's message in verity.'"-Review and Herald, April 1, 1890.

Justification by faith, it is affirmed, is "the third angel's message in verity."  

That means that the message of justification by faith and the third angel's message are the same in purpose, in scope, and in results." A.G. Daniells

When Probation Closes

 He that is unjust, let him be unjust still:

 and he which is filthy, let him be filthy still:

 and he that is righteous, [Justified] let him be righteous still: 

and he that is holy, [Sanctified] let him be holy still.

"When the work of the Third Angel’s Message is finished, 

probation closes, 

mercy no longer pleads, 

Jesus stops making intercession, 

every case is decided, 

the world will descend into complete chaos, and severe judgments will be poured out on the earth."

There can be no message later than this,

Digging Deep into the Juxtaposition of the Seal and the Mark SERIES pt.1

....till we have sealed the servants of our God in their foreheads....And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: Rev. 7:3/13:6

"The two opposing marks are to be received in the forehead, which is

a symbol of the mind and affections, since the forehead is the seat of the intellectual faculties. 

 

--The seal of God can be received nowhere else. He accepts of no obedience but that which is from the heart. 

 

--But the beast seems to be more accommodating. If you do not choose his mark in the forehead, you may receive it in your right hand. 

If you do not believe and love his institutions, you may obey them outwardly - carry out his requirements with your right hand, which is a symbol of outward actions.

Are the 3 Angel's Messages for a Future Age? SERIES: 1st Message

"The following reasons forbid the application of this prophecy to the
future age: 

This view would make the angel with the everlasting gospel to every nation, kindred and tongue, an angel from heaven with another gospel. Gal. i, 8. For the apostolic commission extended only to the harvest, which is the end of the world. Matt. xxviii, 19, 20; xxiv, 14; xiii, 24-30, 36-43. 

---Paul participated in this commission, [1Tim. i, 11] and he thus declares its import: that God "now commandeth all men
everywhere to repent; because he hath appointed a day in the which he will judge the world in righteousness." Acts xvii, 30, 31. The apostolic commission extended only to the end-the day in which God shall judge the world by Jesus Christ. A gospel preached in that day, would be another gospel than that preached by Paul, and one that has no Savior in it. 

This would indeed show that the angel of Rev. xiv, 6, 7, was the very being on whom rests the curse of Paul in Gal. i, 8."
