"If your mental image of the scientist is the morally pure, unbiased

guy in a white lab coat measuring chemicals in a flask, you need to catch up to the 21st century. There may be many rank-and-file scientists who approximate that image, but the Big Science Cartel is a huge unelected political force wielding significant power over public policy. And because any thought of creation or intelligent design has been scrubbed from the classroom for decades, the remaining cadre of outspoken scientists and their leaders are mostly atheists and Darwinists with left-leaning, globalist intentions.

 

One egregious example was when leading scientists published an attack on the Covid lab-leak theory in The Lancet when Donald Trump was president, calling it a conspiracy theory without evidence. Now, well after the damage was done, the probability that Covid-19 began in the Wuhan Lab is becoming accepted by government agencies and leading secular journalists (see Nature, 2 March 2023). The scientists were willing to lie in order to keep Trump from winning a second term.

Misinformation is hard to define, but usually means untrue statements stated or repeated carelessly without regard to the facts. (In practice, it usually means statements that disagree with the “experts,” the scientific consensus, or the Democrat Party.) Disinformation, by contrast, is spreading falsehoods intentionally in order to achieve a political goal: the Big Lie propaganda tactic used by Soviet communists and exemplified in the novel 1984. There’s a degree of overlap between the terms.

 

Big Science and Big Media are now advocating disinformation for the common good (where they get to define what “the common good” means). It’s OK to lie for their version of truth, they ironically believe. This utilitarian view of public policy grew out of several influences.

1. One is the greed for government funding, as lobbyists and and journal editors began to realize that Democrat Party politicians, not Republicans, were more likely to divert citizens’ tax dollars their way without demanding accountability.

2. Another influence is the decline in a theistic view of the world, with its insistence on absolutes and on human exceptionalism. Belief in absolute truth promotes scientific integrity, whose motto is “follow the evidence wherever it leads.” That’s a moral value that has no foundation in atheism.

3. Another major influence on Big Science is the evolutionary view of world history, where the fittest survive not because of truth, but because of power. With Yoda Complex purring, the elitist big cats in charge of scientific priorities view the mass of humanity as herds of particularly interesting mammals, mere pawns in evolutionary games. They employ evolutionary “game theory” to empower themselves (the “cooperators”) against their opponents (the “cheaters”). In this view, whatever strategy works is morally good. The idea of a conscience went out with Darwin. Now, the powerful fell they can take control of the evolutionary steering wheel. 

 

Are nudges sinister psychological tricks? Or are they useless?

Actually they are neither (The Conversation, 25 Dec 2023). Articles like this make us wonder if the elitists read our material, because we have criticized “Nudge Theory” on several occasions as methods for political manipulation in lieu of honest debate (5 Jan 2022, 29 July 2022). Maybe they feel obligated to issue a rebuttal. Three professors (Elkins, Hoffman and Chuah), like self-appointed misinformation-checkers, have arisen to preach the post-truth. They say,

To recap, a “nudge” is about making a socially desirable decision easier or more attractive. That is all.

Oh, is that all? These three profs are completely blind to their elitism. Who decides what is a “socially desirable decision”? It’s the elitists in power! They can “nudge” the public to wear masks, lock down and take the jab by whatever means necessary. The profs claim this does not limit anyone’s free will. But hidden in their text is the clear presumption that experts know best; they know what is “good” for the rest of us. 

The elitists are the nudgers, 

the public the nudgees.

 

Christian nationalists are enamored with Putin, even if they oppose Russia, new research from Northeastern professor says (Northeastern University, 9 March 2023). This is such a misinformation-dripping, anti-Christian big lie, it’s hard to fathom how a university could print it as a ‘science research’ article. Most Christians could probably not find one other Christian that is “enamored with Putin.” Putin is despised by Christians! Putting the term “nationalist” with “Christian” is a smear tactic, intended to target anyone who wants their country to be successful. And associating Putin with other conservative leaders is intended to taint all conservatives with Putin’s deserved bad rap."CEH

Covetous

Designer Will Wright, best known for creating the Sims series of games, claims that the game is a ‘philosophical toy’ intended to change the way people think, and cites science fiction, SETI, and ‘astrobiology’ as sources of inspiration for the game, and admitted certain aspects of the game are ‘very Darwinian’. 

 

In a New York Times article, scientists praised the game for getting

evolutionary ideas across, but criticized the simplistic and in some cases misguided way that evolution is presented. 

For one thing, players can ‘intelligently design’ their creatures to some extent. 

However, Dr Thomas Near hopes that the game will cause people to accept evolution: ‘This may be totally off about how evolution works, but I’d much rather be dealing with a student who says, “O.K., I have no problem with evolution; I think about it the same way I think about gravity.”

Along with the worldly singing, dancing, and music, the story deviates from the Biblical account of Jesus and reinterprets the final hours of His life before going to the cross. 

An agnostic who says he wouldn’t identify as a Christian, wrote the musical’s plot. Therefore, it is not surprising that Jesus Christ Superstar musical rejects the divinity of Jesus and His resurrection.  

Mary Magdalene is also shown to be romantically in love with Jesus. The innuendos imply that there was more to their relationship than what the Bible tells us while she massages Jesus with oil to help him relax, as He falls asleep by her side. God is portrayed as responsible for the sin of Judas. In the musical, Judas curses God for manipulating him. 

The question that Seventh-day Adventist administrators need to answer is “Why?”

The female protestor appeared about mid-way through the 48th annual Césars ceremony at Olympia Hall in Paris, shortly after presenters including actor Ahmed Sylla had taken the stage. While the protestor didn’t say anything, she wore a t-shirt that read, in English, “We have 761 days left.”

The protestor was later carried off the stage.

The radical French climate change group Dernière Rénovation later took credit for the disruption, identifying the protestor only as “Nina.” 

The activist group believes that unless society takes significant action against climate change within the next three to four years, civilization is doomed."

This video created a lot of controversy and several concerned Seventh-day Adventists voiced their objections with the administration team at Northern Caribbean University (NCU). The video was removed, and different explanations were given as to the reasons.

The university attempted to minimize the promotional video by claiming the clips were from last year and that the individuals who put it together did so without authorization, according to several emails forwarded to me by Seventh-day Adventists from Jamaica. According to the emails, the university did not approve the “promo” because they thought that it was not aligned with the university’s identity and brand. 

However, the emails also said that the 2023 Xaymaca Festival at NCU was “still on” and that a “program” would be utilized “to show that it is nothing like what was advertised.” 

Well, the 2023 event took place last night, and here are some video clips [click on pic above] that come from the NCU’s United Student Moment Instagram page. You can decide for yourself if the new “program” reflects the principles that a Seventh-day Adventist Christian school should seek to uphold.".AdventMessenger

Digging Deep into 1 Peter 3:15

Osirus, Noah and that 17th day... Echoes of the Flood in paganism?

"If Horus is the deified Ham, in what way are Geb and Osiris like
Noah? Regarding Geb’s function, Egyptologist H. te Velde states:

“Innumerable texts and expressions dating from all periods of Egyptian history testify to the connection between Geb and the earth … . The word gbb ‘earth’, [Wb 5, 164.7–8] too, is derived from the name of the god … .”

For instance, Coffin Text (CT)-78 describes how Shu separated his children Geb (the earth), from Nut (the sky) during creation. At Genesis 5:29, Noah is associated with the earth by Lamech, who prophetically:

“… called his name Noah, saying, ‘Out of the ground [ăd̲āmā^h] that the LORD has cursed, this one shall bring us relief from our work and from the painful toil of our hands.’”

This verse connects to Genesis 8:20–21 where Noah’s soothing (nîḥō^aḥ) sacrifice brought relief from YHWH’s curse to the ground/soil (ăd̲āmā^h). Later, Genesis 9:20 states: “Noah began to be a man of the soil [ʾîš hāʾăd̲āmā^h], and he planted a vineyard” (ESV). Here, Noah became the Second Adam, a “man of the soil”, to restart the new post-Flood world. Noah’s produce of the ground (wine) brought a soothing/(nîḥō^aḥ) rest from Noah’s labors (Genesis 9:21) and with it, a fresh curse.

 

Divine epithets of Osiris (phonetically reminiscent of ‘Noah’)

include Nny, which means ‘The Tired One’ (LGG IV, 248–249), known from the Middle Kingdom, whose hieroglyph shows a ‘resting figure’, ‘nu pot’ and ‘seated god’ . For example CT-431 states: “the Inert One (nny) who ascends from the watery-abyss (nn).” Significantly, nny is also an OK epithet meaning ‘tired’ e.g. PT-578§1534a. The divine name Nw.w ‘Nun’ (Wb 2, 215.5–6) is found commonly in PTs, e.g. PT-233§237a. Text from the 26th Dynasty texts (664–610 BC) also place Osiris directly in the Abyss:

wnn wsjr m n.t nw.w “Osiris exists in the Nun.”

Noah means ‘rest/comfort’ (cf. Genesis 5:29) and is conceptually

equivalent to Osiris (Nw/nny) (‘tired/inert’)—offering a striking semantic and phonetic connection with Noah.

 

..... identified Ogdoad Nu as the paganized memory of Noah. Is Horus’s father Osiris connected to Nu? Egyptologist H.M. Tirard recognized that Osiris and Nu (of the Ogdoad) were interchangeable, stating:

“In one of the lists of the Ennead the name of Osiris is replaced by that of Nu, the primaeval water … .”

***A festival of Osiris called Khoiak dramatized the struggle between Osiris and Seth, resulting in Osiris’s death and resurrection. 

The festival started on the 12^th day of Hathor (Greek Athyr)—third

month of the year, and season of Akhet (Inundation). Khoiak lasted until the end of the month, commemorated by Osiris’s revivification—marked by planting crops at the start of the new agricultural year.

The festival commemorated the drowning of King Osiris by Seth, who then dismembered his body. These parts were delivered throughout Osiris’s kingdom. Osiris’s wife, Isis, relentlessly searched for the pieces, finding all but his phallus—so Isis modeled a new one. 

She mummified the pieces, which revived Osiris, who fathered Horus by her. Osiris then descended to the underworld as Lord of the dead. After this, Horus, Osiris’s son and heir, violently and incestuously struggled against Seth—until Horus’s final victory. However, in the festival, Seth is no longer Osiris’s son (as per some PTs), rather his evil brother.

 

Greco-Roman temple texts at Dendera relate Khoiak’s dramatization. Priests commemorated Horus lifting Osiris’s body from the water of the sacred lake and carrying it to the temple. Osiris was represented by a model mummy made of bitumen—placed in a small wooden boat, ritually floated across the ceremonial lake (representing Nu/Primeval Ocean)—and buried by Horus priests in the temple.

 

Plutarch, the Greek philosophe, ascribed to Egyptian priests the belief that Osiris died on the 17^th of Athyr, when Seth (Typhon), by trickery, trapped Osiris in a wooden box, which was cast into the Nile, and floated out to sea.

 

Osiris’s ‘ordeal by water’ within his dbn ‘round-topped wooden box’ (Wb 5, 437.16). 

 

Noah (and family) entered the ark (Tēb̲at̲) on the 17^th day of the second month (Genesis 7:11), which rested on Ararat the 17^th day of the seventh month (Genesis 8:4) (the next year). Noah’s exit from the Ark (salvation from the Flood) and his restarting of the post-Flood civilization can be understood theologically as a resurrection/re-creation event. This may echo Plutarch’s testimony of Osiris’s entering his dbn on the 17^th day of the third month, the season of Inundation, followed by his resurrection/re-creation. The Osiris bitumen mummy may share connections with the ‘pitch’ covering Noah’s Ark (Genesis 6:14). Admittedly, such evidence appears late in Egyptian history.

 

When Horus’s father(s) are compared with Ham’s father, Noah, several striking connections can be made. Osiris’s association through Geb with the earth, echoes Noah as the ‘man of earth’ bringing rest from the curse because of the cursed earth.

Osiris the ‘weary’ parallels Noah the ‘restful’., Noah enters the Tēb̲at̲ on the 17^th of the second month, which rests on Ararat on the 17^th of the seventh month of the Flood, resembles Osiris entering his dbn on the 17^th of the Inundation month. Therefore, Osiris/ Geb as Horus’s father(s) resembles Noah as Ham’s father." CMI

Echoes of The Tree of Life Corrupted in Paganism by Time

Tree of Life- ....take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live for ever:....Tree of Knowledge of Good & Evil-And the woman said unto the serpent, We may eat of the fruit of the trees of the garden: But of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God hath said, Ye shall not eat of it,...And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die..For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil.

Genesis 3:22/ 2-5

 

In the Chinese Myth below one can possibly se the corruption via time through pagan re-telling of the echoes of the story of the Tree of Life as well as the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil blended together. 

Notice:

a) There is a god and goddess in paradise. Possible echo distorted of our first parents Adam and Eve.

b) There are fruit, peaches in this story, of immortality. As one had to eat of the Tree of Life

in the real story in Genesis, so too do those who have to eat at regular intervals to keep immortality.

c) Only 2 humans have ever tasted of the fruit that gives immortality--distortion of the only real two to have-Adam & Eve, but changed to two males emperors.

d) The story was with the ancient Chinese, as their ancestors as far back as the oracle bone inscriptions recorded the story. (likely fresh in their memory by oral story-telling and twisting of events over time since their dispersal from Babel).

e) The story is connected to myths stretching back to Anatolia. (that is where the mountains of Ararat, where the ark rested, is likely located....it is where the offspring of Noah dispersed from).

f) Blended into the story is one form of the peaches that enhances wisdom (likely weaving in the fruit from the tree of knowledge of Good & Evil). 

g) Would the famous "Eight Immortals" be the 8 survivors of the Flood, who had a long life span?

"In Chinese mythology, Heaven is an actual imperial dominion—

with a fully functioning bureaucracy—ruled over by the Jade Emperor and his wife, known as the Queen Mother of the West. On this special day, the Queen Mother is holding her annual Peach Banquet at the Jade Pool of the Emperor’s Golden-Gate Cloud Palace. 

To make this event a reality, the Queen Mother sends out invitations to the prestigious guests and summons the Seven Fairies—Red Fairy, Blue Fairy, White Fairy, Black Fairy, Purple Fairy, Yellow Fairy, and Green Fairy, to be exact—to collect peaches from her Peach Orchard. After all, what Peach Banquet would be complete without peaches, and these are no ordinary peaches: they are the Peaches of Immortality.

 

One smaller variety of the Peaches of Immortality, with tiny blossoms, allows those who eat it to feel their bodies are both light and strong. This variety is said to open up one’s mind to higher wisdom and to lengthen one’s life. 

 

The Queen Mother of the West, known by various local names, is a goddess in Chinese religion and mythology, also worshiped in neighboring Asian countries, and attested from ancient times. The first historical information on her can be traced back to oracle bone inscriptions of the fifteenth century BC that record sacrifices to a "Western Mother".

Legend states that the peaches in the orchard of Xiwangwu only ripen once every 3000 / 6000 / 9000 years. When this happens, Xiwangwu would throw a banquet to celebrate the occasion. The gods, including the famous Eight Immortals, would be invited to partake of this feast. According to Chinese belief, anyone who ate the Peaches of Immortality would be granted not only with

immortality, but also with eternal youth. 

 

It is said that only two people ate of the Peaches of immortality, Emperor Zhou and the second person said to have been given the Peaches of Immortality was the Emperor Wu of Han. The emperor is recorded to have been given several peaches by Xiwangmu. 

These valuables fruits were so highly treasured by the emperor that their stones were preserved, one of which is believed to have been presented to the first emperor of the Ming Dynasty. This peach stone is said to have 10 characters engraved on it."
