The Kardashev Scale is a method of measuring a civilization’s level of technological advancement based on the amount of energy it can utilize. Q: will she find evidence of alien life having visited earth? 

A: No, she will not. 

Q: How can I be so confident? 

A: Well, because I have God’s Word and it gives me three primary reasons not to believe intelligent aliens exist:

--Earth was created to be inhabited. The book of Isaiah (Isaiah 45:18) tells us that God specifically formed earth to be inhabited—and we certainly see that to be true! 

It doesn’t matter what extreme environment scientists visit—from the dark, cold depths of the ocean floor to piping hot ocean vents to intensely salty or chemical-laden pools in remote places—they always find some form of life flourishing. 

Yes, God designed our planet to be inhabited. No such statement is made about Mars, Jupiter, or some far-off planet (and, of course, we have zero evidence of life on any of those places!). So we don’t expect to find life in outer space.

--Earth is the focus of God’s attention. When you read through Genesis 1, you will notice that it is earth that has God’s focus. We are given detail as God forms and fills the earth over five of the six days of creation. But when it comes to the heavens (which are mind-bendingly vast), we’re told God created two great lights for earth’s sake (Genesis 1:16 KJV). 

Yes, earth is the focus, not the universe.
--The gospel is for humans, not ET. When Adam fell, everything began to groan from the effects of sin (Romans 8:22). So if there are intelligent beings living on a distant planet or next-door on Mars, they too suffer from the effects of sin, and yet they cannot be saved. Jesus became the God-man—not the God-Martian or the God-Klingon—and stepped into history to die on the cross and rise again, paying the penalty for human sin. He’s called the last Adam because he’s directly related to Adam and therefore the only perfect substitute for us. It is only humans that can be saved, so by extension, we understand aliens don’t exist (now, please note, this is not me saying aliens are going to hell, as reporters have accused me of saying in the past! This is me saying the gospel message being only for Adam’s race means aliens do not exist!).

There are certainly strange phenomena out there that are difficult to explain, but the answer won’t be visits from extraterrestrials.

Being held to “present the new provisions of the Dicastery for the Doctrine of the Faith for discerning between apparitions and other supernatural phenomena,” it will be led by Cardinal Victor Manuel Fernandex, Messenger Armando Matteo and Daniela Del Gaudio.
If the Vatican feels a need to issue guidelines about how to “deal with potential encounters in the future”, that seems to imply that they believe that there will be “potential encounters in the future”.
Q: What do they know that they aren’t telling us?
In comments that he made near the end of 2023, Pope Francis seemed to suggest that aliens could actually be baptized…
However, Pope Francis did touch on aliens at the end of last year, when he was talking about how early Christians discussed associating with “Jews and Gentiles” – which, for some reason, he compared to aliens.
He said: 

“That was unthinkable. If, for example, tomorrow an expedition of Martians came, and some of them came to us, here…Martians, right? Green, with that long nose and big ears, just like children paint them…And one says, ‘But I want to be baptized!’ What would happen?”

He didn’t answer his own question, but added: “It was never the ministry of the closed door, never,”
So he plans to have an “open door” for the aliens?
What most people don’t realize is that the Vatican has been on the cutting edge of the search for extraterrestrial life for a long time.

The Vatican Observatory in Rome is very well funded, and the Vatican also has a “research group” that uses the very high-powered equipment at the University of Arizona in Tucson…
Many people are surprised to learn that the Vatican even has an observatory. 

The history of the Vatican Observatory goes back two and a half centuries. During its history, there has been some turmoil and several moves to escape the light and other hindrances that large cities, such as Rome, pose to doing astronomy. Therefore, more than a half-century ago the Vatican Observatory established a research group at the Steward Observatory of the University of Arizona in Tucson, while the Vatican Observatory’s headquarters remained in Italy.
Needless to say, the Vatican isn’t going to tell us everything that they know right now.
But a couple of things have become quite clear.
Number one, the Vatican believes that extraterrestrial life exists.
Number two, the Vatican plans to develop a positive relationship with any “aliens” that do make contact with humanity.

"Doctors in Mexico City have conducted several laboratory tests on the country's most famous alleged "alien" bodies as the controversy escalates.

Are we alone in the world? This is the question that journalist and self-proclaimed "ufologist" Jaime Maussan is trying to answer.

Last week, Maussan presented two mummified specimens to the Mexican Congress that he claims are the bodies of extraterrestrial beings.

The two small, chalky mummies, with elongated heads and only three fingers on each hand, stunned not only the parliamentarians but many people who watched on TV and online as the drama unfolded.

However, the Peruvian Attorney General's Office, together with the Institute of Legal Medicine and Forensic Sciences, had launched an investigation years earlier, when the bodies were found.The investigation found that the figures were "recently manufactured".

"Creations made of animal and human bones joined together with synthetic glue. These in turn were covered with a mixture of plant fibres and synthetic glue to simulate a type of skin," the report added.

During the plenary session of Congress, Maussan stated under oath that they were non-human beings.

He said they were buried in a remote area of Peru and were around 1,000 years old, according to carbon dating tests allegedly carried out by researchers at the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM)." EUN

“These specimen are not part of our terrestrial evolution… These aren’t beings that were found after a UFO wreckage. They were found in diatom (algae) mines, and were later fossilized,” he said.
During the hearing, Maussan also claimed that the alleged non-human bodies were studied by scientists from the Autonomous National University of Mexico (UNAM), and that those scientists were able to draw DNA samples and later determine that over 30 percent of the specimens’ DNA was “unknown.”
But Maussan’s assertions have not been proven, and his previous

claims regarding the discovery of alien life have been debunked.
In 2017, for example, Maussan claimed that five mummies found in Peru were “alien” discoveries, only to later be debunked when it was revealed that the mummies were actually the remains of human children.
Julieta Fierro, researcher at the Fierro added that the researchers' claims that her university endorsed their supposed discovery were false, ....“Maussan has done many things. He says he has talked to the Virgin of Guadalupe,” she said. “He told me extraterrestrials do not talk to me like they talk to him because I don’t believe in them.”"

"Why haven’t we found aliens yet? After all, we’ve spent millions and millions of dollars searching the skies for signs of life. And yet . . . nothing. 

But the reason we haven’t found aliens yet is because climate change

killed all the aliens. No, wait, it’s because we were created in a laboratory by an advanced alien race.

No, wait, we haven’t found aliens because . . .“Humanity missed the party?” According to a new study on black holes and their impact on the formation of stars, “we, as advanced life, might be relics from a bygone age in the universe.” The author claims “advanced life peaked billions of years ago.” 

Why? Because of the way black holes supposedly behave and influence star formation (which is itself an unproven hypothesis with a lot of problems). 

The result is fewer stars. Fewer stars mean fewer planets, which means fewer possibilities for advanced life. But the effect extends beyond the rates of star and planet formation. Since the galaxy’s gas is heated, it can give off a halo of X-rays that permeates the galaxy and affects the chemistry of planets, which can inhibit their habitability.

Yes, it’s another excuse (among many) for why we haven’t found alien life yet. You see, in the evolutionary worldview, there simply must be other intelligent life. We just can’t be that special. 

Sadly, secular scientists look at the incredible splendor and order of the cosmos, the complex language system of DNA, and the complexity of life on earth, and say, “Hmm, there’s no God, no Creator, but I wonder if we’re alone?”

New Paper Investigates Intelligent Life’s Origins (Florida Tech News, 12 April 2023). The subtitle of this article does not even question a naturalistic origin of life.

A new paper published by Florida Tech astrobiologist Manasvi Lingam examines a core question: Is technology-based intelligence more likely to evolve on land or in water?

Manayasi Lingham thinks that the probability is good that intelligent design evolves from mindless chemicals, given the right conditions and enough time. 

Humans are a classic example of the kind of technological intelligence that can profoundly sculpt the biosphere through

purposeful activities and produce detectable signatures of their technology. In the paper, the authors performed a Bayesian analysis of the probability of technologically intelligent species existing in land-based habitats and ocean-based habitats. It was found that ocean-based habitats should be more likely to host technological species, if all other factors are held equal, because ocean worlds are likely to be much more common.

Bayesian analysis is only as good as two things: 

---the assumptions going into the estimates or prior probability, 

---and the evidence that can update the estimates. 

Lingam must not be good at math.  

Just as one should never build an argument with a sample size of one, one should not do Bayesian analysis about the probability of space aliens when the only life known is on Earth." CEH

"Top US military officials have said recent UFO sightings could be alien space probes sent to earth from a giant ‘mothership’. 

A Pentagon official, Sean Kirkpatrick, in charge of the secretive

military unit tasked with studying unidentified flying objects (UFOs) made the claims in a recent paper.

Mr Kirkpatrick heads up the Pentagon’s All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO) set up to study reported UFO sightings. 

In the draft paper, co-authored by Harvard professor Avi Loeb, the pair claim that in recently-reported sightings of UFOs, the objects, which appear to defy all physics, could be “probes” from an extra-terrestrial “parent craft”.

The paper goes on to compare the probes to “dandelion seeds” that could be separated from the parent craft by the sun’s gravitational force. It examines the physics of how the smaller craft could move through the Earth’s atmosphere to reach the surface, where they could be spotted by humans.

The paper notes that the “probes” could use starlight to “charge their batteries” and the Earth’s water as fuel. It also speculates on the motive for aliens to send exploratory probes to Earth." Mirror/Politico

The U.S. military shot down three unidentified objects on Friday and over the weekend, in addition to the suspected Chinese spy balloon shot down last week, but has said little more about what they were. 

 

An American F-22 fighter downed another object on Saturday over the Yukon Territory, which borders Alaska. The object, which a Canadian official described as cylindrical and smaller than the spy balloon, was picked up on radar late Friday as it passed over Alaska. An object that first appeared over Montana on Saturday reappeared on Sunday before being shot down over Lake Huron off Michigan. The object, which was flying at 20,000 feet, had an octagonal structure with strings hanging off but had no discernible payload, U.S. officials said. 

 

The US Air Force general overseeing North American airspace said

on Sunday after a series of shoot-downs of unidentified objects that he would not rule out aliens or any other explanation yet, deferring to US intelligence experts.

Asked whether he had ruled out an extraterrestrial origin for three airborne objects shot down by US warplanes in as many days, General Glen VanHerck said: "I'll let the intel community and the counterintelligence community figure that out. I haven't ruled out anything."

have been allegedly filmed appearing near the conflict zones of the war in Ukraine.

One of the visions is said to have appeared at the spot where the doomed MH17 passenger jet was blown from the sky.

Many viewers of newly-released video footage claim they are digitally-edited hoaxes.

But Mexican paranormal TV channel Tercer Milenio devoted an entire report to the alleged phenomena. Host UFO investigator Jamie Mausaan, who introduced the report, said: "We can clearly see a cross a cross going up and down - it is amazing." UKExpress

What could be the possible options here?

1) Someone is simply Lying to get 15 minutes of Fame.

2) Someone started the Rumor as a Joke and some who hear it began to believe it.

3) It was one of those "UFO" things we keep hearing about that is thought to be actually highly classified new weapons systems--and this was one tested in a real world scenario.

4) Was it "divine intervention" as the relayer of the story claims to believe?

My own OPINION is that I'm torn between options 1&3

"If the efforts led by Senator Kirsten Gillibrand (D-NY) end in success, the United States government could welcome a new bureau - the "Anomaly Surveillance and Resolution Office" - entirely dedicated to investigating "unidentified aerial phenomena" (UAP), or UFOs.

Senator Kirsten Gillibrand (D-NY), along with several other sponsors from both the Democratic and Republican parties, has rolled out a proposal to create an expansive intelligence program to investigate UFOs, saying that the need for such an initiative is "urgent".

 

Gillibrand advocates an amendment to the 2022 National Defence Authorisation Act (NDAA) that would envisage the creation of a separate bureau dedicated entirely to probing such sightings and

determining whether they can be considered evidence of extraterrestrial life or a threat from adversaries. 

The bureau would be called the "Anomaly Surveillance and Resolution Office", or ASRO.

ASRO, if greenlighted, would have the authority to pursue "any resource, capability, asset, or process of the department and the intelligence community" in order to investigate the sightings of "unidentified aerial phenomena".
