Creation Moment 10/13/2026 - Big Bang Goes Bust Again....

"The JWST has allowed scientists to peer deeper into space than ever before. And what they find continues to overturn evolutionary and deep-time expectations. It’s happened yet again.
According to popular science reports, “JWST has revealed that galaxies were spreading carbon, oxygen, and other heavy elements through space just 500 million years after the Big Bang. The surprising discovery suggests the young universe became chemically enriched much earlier than expected. . . .”

Well, this new study, which used JWST data to supposedly peer at “galaxies as they appeared more than 13 billion years ago”—that’s very close to the alleged big bang—claims that these stars are elusive because “early galaxies were already sending heavier elements such as carbon and oxygen into surrounding space much sooner than expected” and “if galaxies were already enriching nearby space only 500 million years after the Big Bang, truly pristine gas may have disappeared quickly. As a result, Population III stars may not have remained common for long enough to be easily observed.”

The article says,
"Remarkably, the chemical signatures surrounding these infant galaxies looked similar to those found around far more mature galaxies billions of years later. The finding suggests that even at cosmic dawn, galaxies were already manufacturing heavy elements and spreading them into their surroundings."

But in reality, the finding does not suggest that “galaxies were already manufacturing heavy elements and spreading them” at cosmic dawn—the evidence is that galaxies look the same no matter how far away they are (remember, they are measuring distance, not time—the alleged time is also an interpretation based on assumptions). The idea that pressure in “early” stars created heavy elements and then supernovae spread those elements to be incorporated into newer stars and planets is an interpretation of the observational evidence.

**There’s another explanation for why Population III stars have never been found and why the universe isn’t matching the expectations of those who start with the big bang: The big bang didn’t happen.
The Bible gives us the true history of the universe, and it didn’t begin with a big bang and stars slowly forming. It began when God spoke and fashioned the earth, covered with water, and then He created light and darkness, and on day four of creation week, He created the stars fully functioning also.
The heavens are telling of the glory of God; And the expanse is declaring the work of His hands. (Psalm 19:1)." AIG

Creation Moment 9/21/2026 - They don't agree....

Thus saith God the LORD, he that created the heavens, and stretched them out... Isaiah 42:5

"
Physicists can’t agree on how the universe works (ScienceDaily, 13 September 2026). Citing a landmark survey led by the Perimeter Institute and University of Waterloo and published in Physics Magazine, the largest worldwide survey of physicists on this topic ever conducted shows that experts are hopelessly divided on fundamental questions about how the cosmos works.

The Consensus Mask
For as long as I can remember, we’ve been told that scientists agree: modern astrophysics has reconstructed cosmic history with high-precision certainty.
--The survey results, however, make it clear that “scientific consensus” on a variety of fundamental issues is an imaginative ideal that isn’t even being approached, except for one notable exception:
The Standard Model of cosmology (or Lambda Cold Dark Matter)
failed to secure majority support among surveyed physicists. Recent observational surprises (such as shifting dark energy signals from DESI) have left theorists scrambling.
Dark Matter: Only 17% back the standard hypothesis of an undiscovered low-mass particle. 12% think gravity equations need rewriting, while the largest single bloc (21%) can only suggest “some combination” of conflicting guesses.
Quantum Gravity? After nearly a half-century of hype, String Theory managed 19% support. Loop Quantum Gravity took 12%, while 18% think gravity cannot be quantized. Others, like Sean Carroll, abandon fundamental spacetime altogether, trying to conjure gravity out of pure quantum abstraction. See below.
Cosmic Inflation? Alan Guth’s unobserved hyper-expansion engine, concocted to save the secular origins story from its horizon and flatness problems, was one of the rare items to achieve a majority at 51%.
**We agree! The solitary point of solid agreement was telling: 68% agreed that the Big Bang does not represent an absolute beginning of time."

Creation Moment 8/29/2026 - The cosmological constant problem

And He is before all things,
and by Him all things consist.
Colossians 1:17

"A constant is a value that is added to make equations fit reality as determined by physical measurements. An example is the gravitational constant, which is 6.67430(15)×10−11 denoted by the capital letter G in the formula F = [G x (m1m2/r2)].
When the calculations are completed, the formula correctly produces the value of force (F) no matter what the value of the two masses and the distance between them.

The
cosmological constant problem in this case refers to the substantial disagreement between the observed values of vacuum energy density (the small value of the cosmological constant) and the much larger value indicated by quantum field theory.
*The problem is that the calculated energy in a vacuum that contributes to the cosmological constant is calculated to be between 50 and as much as 120 orders of magnitude greater than what is
actually observed.

To solve the problem, Nobel Prize-winning physicist Professor Steven Weinberg proposed what Chown calls “a desperate explanation.” Specifically, he proposed that the value of the cosmological constant is different in different parts of the Universe. In most regions, the cosmological constant is so large that “it blasts matter apart, preventing it from forming galaxies and stars. We find ourselves in a region where the cosmological constant is small enough to permit the existence of stars because” it must be smaller for the reason that we have galaxies and stars in our part of the universe. Therefore, it must be different in our corner of the universe.

This is similar to claiming that the speed of light in a vacuum is different in different parts of the universe. In some areas it is 186,282 miles per second and in other areas, say, it is 896,367 miles per second. The cosmologists’ response to the cosmological constants problem is a similar escape strategy:
"Since few people are happy with Weinberg’s solution, the cosmological problem represents the biggest discrepancy between a prediction and an observation in the history of physics. The previous biggest concern was how an electron can orbit in an atom before spiraling into its nucleus. Theory predicted that atoms should collapse in a split-second, yet atoms are known to have persisted for the age of the Universe…. The discrepancy was resolved in the 1920s by a revolutionary new theory: quantum theory."

Chown concludes that
".....resolving the cosmological constant problem will require a revolution in physics. Specifically, a theory that unites quantum theory (the theory of the very small) with Einstein’s theory of gravity (the theory of the very big). Such a theory, dubbed quantum gravity, has so far proved elusive."

Modern Big Bang cosmology, in contrast to claims such as Stephen Hawking in his book Brief Answers to the Big Questions, admits that the orthodox view of the Big Bang is in big trouble. Hawking, although committed to Big Bang cosmology, advocates a very different mechanism, called ‘string theory’."

Creation Moment 8/24/2026 - Assumptions Wrong Again

And God made two great lights; the greater light to rule the day, and the lesser light to rule the night: He made the stars also. Genesis 1:16

"James Webb Space Telescope finds ‘hidden stars’ making the universe’s 1st galaxies much bigger than we knew (Space.com, 20 August 2026). The mass of early galaxies is larger than expected, if small stars are included.
Latest images from the James Webb Space Telescope are breaking assumptions.
According to Big Bang theory, Population I and II stars and planets needed to form after the first generation of Population III stars—composed of hydrogen and helium—had exploded and sent heavy elements into the gas and dust. “This result shows that much more mass than previously thought is hidden in small stars,” team leader Mariska Kriek of Leiden University said.
“That has implications for all kinds of fields within astronomy. Because many planets orbit small stars, it could even mean that more planets formed in the early universe than we previously assumed.” CEH

Creation Moment 8/15/2026 - No "Big Crunch / Bounce Back"

Go from the presence of a foolish man, when thou perceivest not in him the lips of knowledge. Proverbs 14:7

"Also, there is far too little mass to stop expansion and allow cycling in the first place, and no known mechanism would allow a bounce back after a hypothetical ‘big crunch’.

Some physicists assert that quantum mechanics violates this cause/effect principle and can produce something from nothing, but this is not so.

Theories that the universe is a quantum fluctuation must presuppose that there was something to fluctuate—their ‘quantum vacuum’ is a lot of matter-antimatter potential—not ‘nothing’.
Also, if there is no cause, there is no explanation why this particular universe appeared at a particular time, nor why it was a universe and not, say, a banana or a cat which appeared.
This universe can’t have any properties to explain its preferential coming into existence, because it would not have had any properties until it actually came into existence." W.L. Craig

Creation Moment 8/12/2026 -Temperature Uniformity

He stretcheth out the north over the empty place, and hangeth the earth upon nothing. Job 26:7

"The universe is too big to have formed in only 10-20 billion years as
the Big Bang theory suggests, since the Big Bang is theorized to have happened only about 13.7 billion years ago. This is because the speed of matter is limited by the speed of light.

The problem here is that if the Big Bang had occurred, firstly the universe is too large to have only happened 13.7 billion years ago, and secondly there is temperature uniformity which requires matter to have moved beyond the speed of light to become universally uniform. This of course, is impossible according to Einstein's General Theory of Relativity, because nothing can move faster than the speed of light." TechReader

Creation Moment 8/11/2026 - Occam’s Razor & Big Bang

Come now, and let us reason together, saith the LORD.
Isaiah 1:18

"Occam’s Razor states that that which has the fewest adjustable parameters should be chosen.
However, the Big Bang theory opposes Occam’s Razor, because it can only exist with innumerable adjustable parameters.
Models of a Static Universe have far fewer adjustable parameters than expanding universe models.
The Big Bang theory is an expanding universe model. Hence, according to Occam’s Razor you must choose a Static Universe model over the Big Bang's Expanding Universe model."

Creation Moment 8/10/2026 - First Law of Thermodynamics & the Big Bang

Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools...
Romans 1:22

"The First Law of Thermodynamics states generally that matter cannot
be created nor destroyed
. This is a fundamental law of science which says that matter can only be converted into other matter or energy, but it cannot be created from nothing.

However, proponents of the Big Bang theory try to say that the universe was created out of nothing. Obviously this is scientifically impossible."

Creation Moment 8/9/2026 - Big Bang & Entropy

Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools...
Romans 1:22

"The Second Law of Thermodynamics, also known as Entropy, states generally that all matter has a natural tendency to move to disorder.
However, for the Big Bang to have happened and created the whole
universe as we know it, the opposite thing would have happened: all matter would have moved toward order. This is impossible.

According to the Second Law of Thermodynamics, if a Big Bang did happen, then even today all that would exist would be particles of all matter strewn evenly throughout the universe.
It couldn't have formed planets and complex laws of physics all out of nothing. To say it did you would have to say that the Second Law of Thermodynamics is false (which it isn't so you can't)."

Creation Moment 8/7/2026 - Magical inflation

Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools...
Romans 1:22

"Big Bang theorists have tried to use a magical effect called "inflation" to solve several of the obvious problems, including the Horizon Problem and the Flatness Problem.
The problem is, Inflation states that after the Big Bang, all the particles in the universe traveled faster than the speed of light. But Einstein's General Law of Relativity proves that nothing can travel faster than the speed of light.

Inflation can effectively be called a "magical" effect because it does not hold any basis in science. Theorists made up this magical effect which says, essentially, that in some magical way everything travelled exponentially faster than the speed of light to get where it is after the supposed "Big Bang" .

In order for inflation to even begin to be a solution, all matter after the big bang would have to travel 1,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,00

That is 1,650 zeros, or 101,649. There isn't a name for this number, but for some perspective, there are only 1089 total particles in the entire observable universe.

Obviously, Inflation is impossible, because it violates Einstein's General Law of Relativity, that nothing can travel faster than the speed of light. You can't use a false solution to answer problems." TechReader

Creation Moment 8/6/2026 - The "dark" in "dark matter" and "dark energy"

I have seen the foolish taking root. Job 5:3

"
Dark Matter and Dark Energy have never been proven, or observed in any way whatsoever, yet the Big Bang theory depends on the existence of such potentially mythological substances.
Not only that, but in order for the Big Bang theory to even be valid, dark matter and dark energy would have to be the most abundant things in the universe.
The "dark" in "dark matter" and "dark energy" doesn't mean color. It means, "unknown".
In other words, the proponents of the Big Bang theory couldn't figure out how it could possibly happen so they said, let's make up some fictional matter and energy that "made it happen".
It's kind of like me saying I am the most powerful person in the universe. My power is everywhere and can do everything! You just can't see my power but it's there! And then someone with common sense saying, pfft whatever man, yeah right." TechReader

Creation Moment 8/5/2026 - Lack of universal galactic uniformity

In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.
Genesis 1:1

"Lack of universal galactic uniformity contradicts the fundamental aspects of the Big Bang theory.
This is because how the universe presently exists, galaxies are spread out in an uneven fashion, clumped together at certain points with big gaps and walls.
However, due to the supposed age of 13.7 billion years, the universe has not yet had time for such walls and voids to form.
For a Big Bang to have occurred, galaxies would be perfectly evenly spread out. Thus, the lack of universal galactic uniformity contradicts the fundamental aspects of the Big Bang theory." TechReader

Creation Moment 8/4/2026 - IF the universe happened totally randomly......

Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear. Hebrews 11:3

"Essentially, the problem is that if the Big Bang occurred 13.7 billion years ago, then the deeper we peer into the universe, the closer to the Big Bang that we should see. However, no matter how deep we peer into space, still we see no evidence of a Big Bang.
A quick google search showed me that even in 2012 we have been able to see 13.2 billion light years, which is see the equivalent of 13.2 billion years into the past. (We can probably see even farther now.)
However, since the Big Bang was supposed to occur only 13.7 billion years ago, then we should be looking at the early pre-formed universe.
*We shouldn't see fully formed stars and planets.
*However, instead we see stars and planets just like in our own galaxy. This is a serious problem for the Big Bang theory because we're looking at the "early universe" yet it doesn't appear very early at all. Thus, the Big Bang could not have happened.
Additionally, although this is in fact yet another issue (one that has been addressed before), if the universe happened totally randomly then there should be all kinds of different forms that we should see as we look out into space. It wouldn't be the same planets, stars, and galaxies in every direction. Instead it would be a vast array of different types of things. For example, in one direction we might see stars and galaxies but in another direction we might see exotic forms. However this is not the case, further disproving any Big Bang from ever happening." Creation Moment 8/3/2026 - The Magnetic Monopole Problem for the "Big Bang"

Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools,...
Romans 1:22

"A magnetic monopole is, in short, a particle which contains an electrical charge, creating a net "magnetic charge" within the
individual particle.
If the Big Bang theory were true, it should be one of the most prevalent (common) particles in the universe.
*However, instead it is the complete opposite - a magnetic monopole has never even been observed, not even once.
This is a serious problem because it means there is something entirely wrong with the Big Bang Theory, because the total and absolute lack of even a single observed magnetic monopole particle is a direct contradiction to the fundamental principles of the Big Bang theory." TechReader

Creation Moment 8/2/2026 - Flatness Problem of the "Big Bang"

I have made the earth, and created man upon it: I, even My hands, have stretched out the heavens, and all their host have I commanded.
Isaiah 45:12

"Initial density of matter and energy in the universe is a very specific
critical value. Small deviations from these values would have had massive effects on the nature of the universe at the current time.

*If the universe started off slightly positively curved, it would be enormously positively curved today, *and the same holds for negative curvature.
However, the curvature of matter and energy in regards to density remains very small so the probability that a Big Bang could have occurred to create the current universe is so astronomically slim that it is entirely improbable." TechReader

Creation Moment 8/1/2026 - Cracks of the "Big Bang" theory

In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.
Genesis 1:1

"Does dark energy really exist? Our work identifies cracks in the foundations of today’s cosmological model (The Conversation, 21 July 2026). The author of this article, Subir Sarkar, is an emeritus professor of physics at Oxford University. Perhaps being emeritus gives him more liberty to open his mouth without fear of losing his job.

There’s only one model taken seriously by the astronomical community: the Lambda Cold Dark Matter (ΛCDM) theory, which includes a
--Big Bang from nothing (nobody understands why),
--inflation (whatever that is),
--lots of dark matter (nobody knows what that is either),
--with matter emerging from energy and rapidly accelerating outward because of dark energy (another completely unknown phenomenon).

From that beginning, everything evolved, and here we are. This has been Scientific Truth that must be learned in school because anything else is, well, religious. And we must not allow a Divine Foot in the door.

But there’s a problem. Observations do not fit this picture. Dr Sarkar leads off with one: the Nobel-prize winning “discovery” of dark energy. It may not exist.
The accelerating expansion of the universe is thought to be due to negative pressure, an unusual property of dark energy that allows it to overcome the attractive force of gravity.
Yet the exact nature of dark energy remains a puzzle.
It cannot be explained by our best theory for the fundamental building blocks of the universe – known as the standard model of particle physics.

Translated, this means that the mysterious unknown stuff (which they tell us makes up 70% of the universe) has unusual properties. Ah, science! But wait; the stuff has no explanation, and may not even exist. That’s proof that it is unusual, isn’t it? But it has to exist: the ΛCDM Big Bang needs it!
"However, it [dark energy] is an integral part of another theory, devised to explain how the large-scale universe came to be. This is the standard model of cosmology, also called the lambda cold dark matter (ΛCDM) model."

Dr Sarkar points out numerous “cracks in the foundations” of the accepted model. Among them:
1. The basis of belief in dark energy relies on Type Ia supernovae, which could have been misinterpreted.
2. If the local universe takes part in Bulk Flow (a streaming motion in our neighborhood), the interpretations of supernovae brightness could be skewed.
3. If supernovae brightness depend on their age, the universe could be decelerating, not accelerating! (Give back that Nobel prize money, please.)
4. The Hubble tension remains a serious inconsistency with age and distance assumptions.
5. Temperature differences in the Cosmic Microwave Background (CMB) and measurements of the Baryonic Acoustic Oscillations (BAO) may need reinterpretation.
6. Prior support for the ΛCDM Big Bang model may be the result of confirmation bias:
"...the ΛCDM model has come under increasing scrutiny as new data has emerged. A conference hosted by the UK’s Royal Society debated emerging cracks in the standard cosmological model. It has been noted that the model’s past successes may partly be due to “confirmation bias” – the unconscious tendency to favor information that supports our existing beliefs while giving less attention to information that challenges them."
7. Even worse, the Cosmological Principle is under threat. The leading solution to Einstein’s equations of general relativity, the FLRW (Friedmann-Lemaitre-Robertson-Walker) framework, depends on the Cosmological Principle, that the universe is uniform and isotropic in all directions.
"However, our recent study found evidence to falsify the FLRW framework, presenting results showing that the universe is asymmetric, or lopsided. We believe this presents a fundamental challenge to dark energy by undermining the very basis for standard analyses of cosmological data."

*This means that the very basis of everything we have been told about Big Bang cosmology could be wrong. The observations contradict the Cosmological Principle, says Dr Sarkar.
Q: So where does this leave modern cosmology? “
A: f these findings are confirmed, they could signal a paradigm shift in cosmology." CEH

Creation Moment 5/24/2026 - Changed their minds....again

Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools,...
Romans 1:22
Once again...secularists change their mind while remaining "puzzled".

"This study has the potential to challenge longstanding theories regarding the exact processes that occurred at the beginning of the universe, along with how these processes have governed the formation and evolution of the universe.

For the study, the researchers used a series of computer models to simulate the beginning of the universe that challenge the longstanding theory that the universe began with a period of rapid expansion known as "inflation", with scientists estimating this occurred within the first fraction of a second of the universe's existence. However, this inflation theory postulates that several variables were all involved in making this theory possible.

In contrast, this new model suggests that a longstanding phenomenon of general relativity called gravitational waves are responsible for
the universe and all its components
, including galaxies, stars, planets, and life on Earth. The team proposes these gravitational waves are part of a longstanding mathematical model called De Sitter space, which is named after the Dutch mathematician Willem De Sitter, who worked with Albert Einstein regarding the universe's structure throughout the 1920s.

"What makes this proposal exciting is its simplicity and verifiability. We are not adding speculative elements but rather demonstrating that gravity and quantum mechanics may be sufficient to explain how the structure of the cosmos came into being."

Despite myriads of sources, including supernovae, black holes, and neutron stars, gravitational waves are incredibly difficult to detect and require very sensitive instruments. This is potentially why gravitational waves were not detected until September 2015 by the Laser Interferometer Gravitational-Wave Observatory (LIGO) observatory, which have locations in Washington and Louisiana.

The origin of the universe remains one of the biggest mysteries in science, as the Big Bang has long been theorized to have been the catalyst for the origin of the universe. Despite ongoing scientific breakthroughs and advancements, scientists remain puzzled regarding the origins of the universe, and especially what might have happened before the Big Bang."

Creation Moment 2/21/2026 - MoM-z14 & the mature distant galaxy problem

"A galaxy with the designation MoM-z14 has recently been confirmed as the most distant galaxy ever detected.
By Big Bang reckoning, we are seeing this galaxy as it was just 280 million years after the supposed Big Bang. This shocked conventional scientists, because slow, gradual, evolutionary processes should not have been able to form such a “remarkably luminous” galaxy in such a short time.

Big Bang scientists have been greatly surprised by the number of “surprisingly bright” distant galaxies revealed by the James Webb Space Telescope (JWST), which seems to be about a hundred times greater than predicted by theoretical models. Such data from JWST has greatly exacerbated the “mature distant galaxy problem” that has long plagued Big Bang cosmologists.
The most distant galaxies are billions of light-years away, so Big Bang cosmologists assume that light from those galaxies took billions of years to reach Earth.
Although this may seem reasonable, this assumption is open to serious challenge. Nevertheless, according to Big Bang cosmology, we should be seeing these very distant galaxies, not as they are now, but as they were shortly after the Big Bang. Since star and galaxy formation should take many millions of years, theorists were not expecting to see many galaxies in the “early” universe, and those that did exist were expected to be unevolved and immature. Yet data from the James Webb Space Telescope have been shattering these Big Bang expectations.

The existence of these “early mature” galaxies is so surprising that astronomers designed the Mirage or Miracle (MoM) survey to test whether these galaxies really are as distant as they appear. Hence, this most distant galaxy is designated MoM-z14, with the “z14” referring to its apparent high redshift of 14.
Astronomers recently confirmed that this galaxy’s very high redshift is real, and this implies that it is indeed very, very far away. This is why the title of their paper declares MoM-z14 to be a “cosmic miracle.” Thus, Big Bang scientists must now attempt to explain how such a bright galaxy can exist just 280 million years after the Big Bang, when until just very recently, it was mainstream dogma that the first stars—let alone galaxies—did not appear until 400 million years after the Big Bang.

It should also be noted that MoM-z14’s nearby surroundings seem to be partly ionized, with atoms that have gained or lost electrons. Yet, virtually every Big Bang reionization model predicted very little ionization 280 million years after the Big Bang.

Despite popular hype, the Big Bang model is in tatters, with a “growing chasm between theory and observation.” Bible-believing Christians should be encouraged by this. The existence of mature distant galaxies is better explained by Biblical creation than the Big Bang, since the Lord Jesus could create whatever kind of galaxies He wished, wherever He desired. He created our universe and continues to “[uphold] all things by the word of His power” (Hebrews 1:3), and He did not need the help of the Big Bang to do so!"

Creation Moment 11/15/2025 - TRUTH about the "Big Bang"

In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.
Genesis 1:1

"It is widely known that mathematician and astronomer Fred Hoyle (1915–2001) had named the origin of the universe the Big Bang in order to ridicule it. Astrophysicist Geoffrey Burbidge (1925–2010)
accused his colleagues of “rushing off to join ‘
the First Church of Christ of the Big Bang’.
I was hardly prepared for what Bolloré and Bonnassies reveal about efforts across Europe to discredit the idea of a beginning to the universe — by any means necessary.
The authors tell us that the idea was controversial because it raised the likelihood of a Creator after centuries of science advances that seemed to put the matter in doubt:
"This point is crucial because if science confirms that time, space, and matter had an absolute beginning, it becomes clear that the Universe proceeds from a cause that is neither temporal, spatial, nor material. In other words, it proceeds from a transcendent, non-natural cause at the origin of all that exists and, as we shall see, at the origin of the extreme fine-tuning of the Universe’s initial parameters and the laws of physics and biology, which are indispensable for the existence and evolution of atoms, stars, and complex life. p. 99."

Trashing Big Bang theorist Georges Lemaître (1894-1966) for being a priest and ridiculing the theory itself was a comparatively benign response."

Creation Moment 10/9/2025 - Failed attempt to reconcile the Big Bang theory with mathematical intelligibility

For by Him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, ... Colossians 1:16

"Insofar as scientific literature excludes the reasonable consideration of a non-material Mind as the source of physical laws and their
underlying mathematical order, it is compelled to humanize a supposedly random, undirected process such as the Big Bang—casting it as an ‘experimenter’—in order to account for the extraordinary precision with which those laws operate.

In their attempt to reconcile the Big Bang theory with mathematical intelligibility, they further state that “large-scale correlations observed today, such as among galaxies,” may be used “…to infer the physical processes that shaped the early universe”.

This statement however presupposes that present structures can reliably encode past dynamics.
*Yet within the vast timescales assumed by evolutionary cosmology, the persistence of stable laws and low entropy would itself require explanation—one that is difficult to provide apart from an appeal to fine-tuning."
