Creation Moment 11/19/2025 - What G.A. Kerkut called "evolution"

"General Theory of Evolution (GTE):The British evolutionary zoologist G.A. Kerkut (1927–2004) defined it as “the theory that all the living forms in the world have arisen from a single source which itself came from an inorganic form.” In lay terms, it can be called ‘From goo to you via the zoo.’

The GTE .... Indeed, Kerkut himself, unlike most of his fellow evolutionists, opposed dogmatic unquestioning acceptance and

encouraged his students to make scientific arguments against it. He continued, “the evidence that supports it is not sufficiently strong to allow us to consider it as anything more than a working hypothesis.”.... life evolving from non-living chemicals is often called chemical evolution in universities and secular papers.

The GTE is explicit that life came from a single source, in particular, a single cell. It even has the name LUCA, for Last Universal Common Ancestor. But even evolutionists say that LUCA was anything but simple. Research from 2024 argues that LUCA had 2.5 million DNA ‘letters’ coding for 2,600 proteins.

Q: But when do they say it existed?
