Here, Jesus quoted Genesis 1:27 and Genesis 2:24
about a real first man and first woman who became the first couple, and
this was the 
basis for marriage between one man and one woman today.
Not a man and a man, or a woman and a woman, or more than two people.
Evolution teaches instead that a whole population of humans evolved from
