I would argue that de Blasio's Real Motive to PERMANENTLY close churches that don't comply is his political worldview. Remember, in his younger days he was Literally a Marxist then joined the Democrat Party to work his way up NYC Politics...in other words--he is a bigot who has disdain for Christianity at the heart of his thinking....Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: Romans 7:8
