Answering Pope Francis in Laudato Si'

Pope Francis thinks that the answers to life's questions lie in Mother Earth (ecology).

We will show they lie in the Creator----not the Creation.

"160. .....Unless we struggle with these deeper issues, I do not believe that our concern for ecology will produce significant results. But if these issues are courageously faced, we are led inexorably to ask other pointed questions: 

Q: What is the purpose of our life in this world?

A: Well Francis, Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter:

Fear God, and keep His commandments: for this is the whole duty of man. 

Ecclesiastes 12:13

Q: Why are we here? 

A: Well Francis, I have made the earth, and created man upon it: I, even my hands,...God Himself that formed the earth and made it; he hath established it, He created it not in vain, He formed it to be inhabited: 

Isaiah 45:12,18

Q: What is the goal of our work and all our efforts? 

A: Well Francis, For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's. 

1 Corinthians 6:20

Q: What need does the earth have of us? 

A: Well Francis, And he answered and said unto them, I tell you that, if these should hold their peace, the stones would immediately cry out.
