And I heard a great voice out of the temple saying to
the seven angels, Go your ways, and pour out the vials of the wrath of
God upon the earth. And the first went, and poured out his vial upon
the earth; and there fell a noisome and grievous sore upon the men which
had the mark of the beast, and upon them which worshiped his image. Revelation 16:1,2
"The description of the first plague clearly reveals at one the time 
when
it shall fall upon the earth, for it is poured out upon those who have
the mark of the beast, and who worship his image-the very work against
which the third angels warns us.

judgments are not poured out until after this angel closes his work, and
that the class who hear his warning and reject it, are the ones to
receive the first drops from the overflowing vials of God's indignation."
