REFUTING DAVID KORESH ON THE 7 SEALS
This series is designed to show that Koresh's main claim to prophetic fame (his 7 seals interpretations) are Heretical. Apparently there was a miniseries about Koresh made recently which is creating a bit of a Koresh buzz/interest out there...So this is to demonstrate to those who want to link him to Adventism that he wasn't teaching Adventism (which happened to me once when I wasn't expecting it while working at a pizza joint). Sort of my own "miniseries".
SEAL 2
"The key to the second seal (Revelation 6:3-4) is found in Zechariah 1:8-11 and 6:1-8 and is also
depicted in such places as Ezekiel 9 and Revelation 7 and Revelation 19. *In this seal, God makes war with man and kills all who do not have the seal (those who have rejected Koresh's message) (Revelation 7 and Ezekiel 9)." WF
An Adventist RESPONSE:
*CLEARLY Koresh is WRONG just based on the premise that HE is what it is centered on as the 2nd messiah who has a private interpretation and hence that God makes war on those who oppose Koresh's message. I'm pretty sure ALL Christendom would agree with me on that. His PREMISE of being a 2nd messiah should be enough to SHATTER HIS TEACHING TO IT'S CORE....
But there were false prophets also among the people,
even as there shall be false teachers among you,
who privily shall bring in damnable heresies,
even denying the Lord that bought them,
and bring upon themselves swift destruction.
2 Peter 2:1
This self proclaimed 2nd messiah
*was a FALSE Teacher
*Brought in Damnable Heresies (LITERALLY)
*Denied the only Christ by declaring himself to be another Christ
*Brought swift destruction upon himself and on others
