seek harmony with Rome would be disloyalty to God. But how widely different are the sentiments now expressed!
As Rome asserts that the "church never erred; nor will it, according to the Scriptures, ever err" (John L. von Mosheim, Institutes of Ecclesiastical History, book 3, century II, part 2, chapter 2, section 9, note 17), how can she renounce the principles which governed her course in past ages?

The papal church will never relinquish her claim to infallibility. All that she has done in her persecution of those who reject her dogmas she holds to be right; and would she not repeat the same acts, should the opportunity be presented? Let the restraints now imposed by secular governments be removed and Rome be reinstated in her former power, and there would speedily be a revival of her tyranny and persecution."

“The Catholic and Charismatic Renewal is the hope of the Church,” exclaims Anglican Episcopal Bishop Tony Palmer, before a group of cheering followers at the Kenneth Copeland Ministries.   Palmer said those words are from the Vatican. Before playing the video message from Pope Francis to Kenneth Copeland, Palmer told the crowd,  “When my wife saw that she could be Catholic, and Charismatic, and Evangelical, and Pentecostal, and it was absolutely accepted in the Catholic Church, she said that she would like to reconnect her roots with the Catholic culture. So she did.”

The crowd cheered, as he continued, “Brothers and sisters, Luther’s protest is over. Is yours?”
Even Kenneth Copeland finds this development incredible: Said Copeland, “Heaven is thrilled over this…You know what is so thrilling to me? When we went into the ministry 47 years ago, this was impossible.”
How can this impossibility be? Could the ears of those once aware of the evils of ecumenicism suddenly be sealing shut? What is even more painful is the reaction from evangelicals, who seem quite thrilled with this unholy alliance." SUFTT

On his flight from Rio de Janeiro back to Rome, Pope Francis said:

"I’ll tell you something about the Charismatic Movement … at the end of the ’70s and in the ’80s, I wasn’t a big fan. I used to say they confused the holy liturgy with a school of samba. I was converted when I got to know them better and saw the good they do. In this moment of the life of the church, the movements are necessary. They’re a grace of the Spirit, and in general, they do much good for the church. The charismatic renewal movement isn’t just about winning back a few Pentecostals, but it serves the church and its renewal."

Charismatic Catholicism:

“Science in schools,” took aim at creationists, and the Discovery Institute (not a creationist organization, an intelligent design organization) in particular, on the occasion of Eugenie Scott’s retirement (5/09/13) from the National Center for Science Education or NCSE (not an education organization, but an anti-creationist organization). 
Beyond the usual talking points

(e.g., evolution is science, creation is religion; Kitzmiller;

the bandwagon argument all scientists accept evolution),

the editors suggested three things scientists could do to keep up Eugenie’s fight against Darwin skeptics.
1. Make evolution appear non-atheist.  The editors applauded Eugenie Scott’s tactical coup in removing the words “impersonal” and “unsupervised” when the US National Association of Biology Teachers described natural selection that way in a statement. 
2. Build coalitions.  This strategy is vague enough to allow Darwinists to appear conciliatory while insisting their view is uncontested. 
3. Perform outreach.  The third strategy is for scientists to get out and interact with the public more often." CEH

"Apparently Tony Palmer ......was deadly serious about his mission to unite the Protestant world with Catholicism. He has issued another video message wherein he underscores his desire to see visible unity amongst Christians. In his carefully written rally call, he says that Protestant Christians have spiritual racism. He proclaims that in the Post-Protestant era we live in anything that causes division must go.

Palmer says we (the Evangelical world) are hungry and we will find what we are looking for in the arms of the Pope. Is this famine for bread a famine caused by the watering down of the message for so many years? Does the Pope have the bread the Protestant world is looking for? Interestingly enough, the analogy of Joseph used by the Pope of himself, is of Joseph in Egypt. In the Bible, Egypt represents sin.
Palmer goes on to say that "The first step to deal with spiritual racism is to abolish the law which empowers it." What law would that be?
According to Palmer it is this enforced unity, led by the babble of the gift of tongues through their "Spirit" that will get atheists to believe. When Protestants and Catholics are united, all the world will believe, he claims." AmazingDiscoveries

Richard Dawkins believes that there is the "illusion" of design within nature.

You can't have this magnitude of an "illusion" of design right down to the microscopic cellular level and call the clear design an "illusion".

There are a lot of people who’d say “no.” But, in a very short time we’ve already seen Christians in the military being harassed while all things “gay” have to be celebrated to such an extent that drag shows are now in vogue. People who think the military’s reputation, ability to recruit, and effectiveness as a fighting force aren’t going to suffer dramatically over the long term because of this are kidding themselves." Environment and Public Works Committee, "There is no scientific proof that human emissions of carbon dioxide (C02) are the dominant cause of the minor warming of the Earth's atmosphere over the past 100 years."

Not only that, but according to a Breitbart report, Moore "admitted that Greenpeace intentionally used faulty computer models and scare tactics in promoting claims man-made gases are heating up the planet."
The report went on to add that Moore claimed that even if the planet is warming up, "it would not be calamitous for humanity." BCN

They traded the truth about God for a lie.

Who is Anthony (Tony) Palmer?

So who is Anthony (Tony) Palmer, that speaker for the Papal presentation to charismatic protestants in TX the other day?
Tony is a bishop in the Communion of Evangelical Episcopal Churches from South Africa & his wife is Catholic. That denomination (CEEC) is part of the convergence movement which is a movement that seeks to unite the teachings of the early apostolic church, using the episcopal Common Book of Prayer liturgies and a charismatic & evangelical bent & blend. In other words, it was some mainline protestants hooking up with some charismatic & evangelical Christians.
So the Pope's long time "friend" who gave the mini-sermon and introduced the Pope wasn't even a Catholic, but rather of a movement to unite Christians. Interesting.....

"Evolutionists believe human beings evolved from a single-celled creature, which gradually becoming more and more complex over a vast time span. But what if the oldest single-celled bacteria ever found contained intricate, synchronized motors more complex than a Boeing 747?
...... two scientific groups from Osaka University in Japan and Aix-Marseille Université in France made a startling discovery.
They set out to uncover the power behind the tiny tails (flagella) that allowed the MO-1 marine bacterium to swim. Using electron cryotomography—an electron microscope and very cold temperatures—they found this "simple" creature's tails are powered by seven motors, arranged in a hexagonal array, with all gears interacting with 24 smaller gears between them.

"This is the earliest bacteria ever found," says Mark Rose, founder of Genesis Alive. "They found it in rock they claim is three billion years old," he notes. "That means it's the oldest, most complete single cell."
"The seven tails (flagella) rotate one way, and the smaller gears rotate the opposite way to maximize torque while minimizing friction," Rose notes.
These gears or bearings enable the flagella to spin very fast—so the MO-1 can swim ten times faster than E. coli and Salmonella. Some have referred to this as "the Ferrari of flagella," due to its speed and advanced design.
"This discovery baffled the microbiological world with its uncanny complexity," Rose notes. "Think of it, not one but seven proton synchronized motors interconnected with a planetary gearbox."
"It actually has gears and it keeps all seven motors synchronized," he notes. "Typically, any geared engines have no more than two motors. The best we could do in a helicopter is three engines and a multiple gear box to sync the engines."
"If every school kid understood how that little thing works, the whole paradigm of evolutionary thought would have to change."
Rose observes the axial proton motor is almost identical to modern AC (alternating current) brushless motors. "It has no wires, bearings or metal, and is 1/200,000 smaller than man's best device."
"The motors can drive the MO-1 bacteria at relative speeds of 100 body lengths/second. A Cheetah achieves a land speed of only 25 body lengths/second in comparison and that's in air, not fluid!" he says.
This "simple" bacterium has nearly the same number of parts as a Boeing 747—six million—which like the aircraft, work together perfectly. But these parts allow the bacterium to do something the 747 can't do—multiply itself. Note, the MO-1 bacterium has three more motors than the Boeing model." BCN

We do not regret our past non-existence, so why do we regret the prospect of our future non-existence? We do not mourn the fact that our loved ones did not exist before they were born, so why do we mourn their non-existence after they die? To a purely logical mind, these questions would seem perfectly reasonable. But given the importance of survival for evolved beings, it is hardly surprising that we instinctively fear death and mourn our loved ones. how Darwin’s smug defender, Thomas Huxley, recklessly applied evolutionary thinking to the population dynamics of North Atlantic codfish during Darwin’s own lifetime, with disastrous results. Huxley used his political post at the British Royal Commission to advance Darwinian dogma. One result was that British fishermen were approved to essentially fish without restraint because he proclaimed only the less-fit-to-survive cod would be caught and the resilient remainder would “continue to evolve” into more-fit codfish!

Huxley was wrong about fish survival because he was wrong about where fish came from. What masqueraded as “science” was actually Darwinian philosophy, and it matched neither ecosystem and population dynamics, nor codfish design limitations.

"China will spare no effort to seek justice for a "terrorist attack" at a crowded train station, its domestic security chief said, after militants from the restive region of Xinjiang were blamed for chilling violence that killed at least 29 people.
Authorities said a group of knife-wielding "terrorists" launched a "premeditated" attack at the Kunming Railway Station late in China's southwest on

Saturday night. More than 130 people were also wounded.
Police shot four of the attackers dead and captured one, state news agency Xinhua reported. It quoted the Kunming city government as saying evidence at the crime scene showed the attack was carried out by "Xinjiang separatist forces".
About five others were on the run, it said, after one of the worst attacks of its kind in China in recent memory.

So will "DEATH" be the TV finale in this Great Controversy between God & His opponent in your living

rooms? TV has been used to dumb people down, distract them from God, to question Christianity & most recently to influence morality including the acceptance of the gay lifestyle. So will TV now be used here in the homestretch to open the door more fully to "Christian mysticism" about the afterlife? A sort of "Christian spiritualism"? Read the article below.....


"What if someone you love died and came back to life... 32 years after the fact?
That's the premise of "Resurrection," a widely advertised primetime drama premiering March 9 on ABC. The show takes Americans into a small Missouri town where residents experience the return to life of long-dead family members and loved ones.
The show, which is kicking off with a striking ad campaign in American cities -- black roadside and transit billboards simply read "Am I Dead?" -- is just one of a number of programs centered around death that have made their way to networks in recent years.
Just as "The Cosby Show" helped break racial barriers on TV in the '80s, and "Will and Grace" helped to bring gay characters into the mainstream in the late '90s, has death now reached its moment on TV?
There's also disagreement about portraying death on TV. Parents' organizations have regularly criticized more violent shows, saying they could negatively impact kids, while some Christians have praised the themes of redemption and good versus evil that often appear on death-centric programs. "Resurrection," whose title alludes to Jesus Christ's return from death, has yet to attract any major protest and doesn't wade deeply into religious themes, though spiritual questions are ever-present.

"Specifically, 17 percent of Millennials, or adults between 18 and 33-years-old, said negativity around LGBT issues in religion was "somewhat important" to their departure, while 14 percent said it was a "very important" factor.
A majority of Americans, 58 percent, also said that religious groups are "alienating young adults by being too judgmental on gay and lesbian issues." Among Millennials, that percentage jumped to 70.
"While many churches and people in the pews have been moving away from their opposition to LGBT rights over the last decade, this new research provides further evidence that negative teachings on this issue have hurt churches’ ability to attract and retain young people,” PRRI CEO Robert P. Jones said in a statement.
Comparing surveys from several polling groups since 2003, PRRI found increasing support of LGBT rights and same-sex marriage across most religious, political and generational lines." HP

Is Mark 8:22-26 really that difficult to understand?

And he cometh to Bethsaida;

and they bring a blind man unto him,

and besought him to touch him.

And he took the blind man by the hand,

and led him out of the town;

and when he had spit on his eyes,

and put his hands upon him,

he asked him if he saw ought.

And he looked up, and said,

I see men as trees, walking.

After that he put his hands again upon his eyes,

and made him look up: and he was restored,

Atheists use this text to mock Christ. Some claim it shows He was "magician". Theological "liberals" use this to claim parts were added or subtracted later to the Gospels, for example claiming that the supposed later authors of Matthew & Luke left it out because it made Christ look foolish. But Paul tells us that spiritual things are spiritually discerned. 1 Corinthians 2:14

1) We should never assume that, because we can see some truth, we know all truth.

2) We should realize that seeing a little does not mean we see clearly.

ARCHAEOLOGY: Chilean Whale Graveyard

"Scientists think they've solved the mystery of the massive whale graveyard that was unearthed in Chile in

2010.
The site, called Cerro Ballena, or "Whale Hill," was found by road workers expanding a nearby highway. The area contained "dozens of whale skeletons, along with the remains of other extinct marine mammals and other marine vertebrates." 
"The whale discovery is a discovery of global importance. There has never been a find of this size." 
Red tide, massive algae blooms that can sometimes be toxic, pop up occasionally near coastlines. The Smithsonian's lead researcher says that's the only explanation that fits: the whales ingested toxic algae, died at sea, and drifted onto the desert shore to be covered and preserved by the sand.
The whale graveyard is thought to be the biggest batch of ancient animal fossils since the La Brea Tar Pits, and the researchers think there may be hundreds more fossils buried along the Chilean highway." WHIO Dayton

1) Fossilization is due to rapid burial---NOT slow burial by sand over eons of time inland from the sea.
2) Also, the "toxic algae" scenario is NOT the "only explanation". I can think of another one.....And it came to pass after seven days, that the waters of the flood were upon the earth.

Emotionally charged sounds, such as crying or laughter, also prompted similar responses, perhaps explainingwhy dogs are attuned to human emotions.
Lead author Attila Andics, from the Comparative Ethology Research Group at the Hungarian Academy of Sciences, said: "We think dogs and humans have a very similar mechanism to process emotional information."
"We do know there are voice areas in humans, areas that respond more strongly to human sounds that any other types of sounds," Dr Andics explained.
"The location (of the activity) in the dog brain is very similar to where we found it in the human brain. The fact that we found these areas exist at all in the dog brain at all is a surprise - it is the first time we have seen this in a non-primate." BBC
