"The 10-part A&E network docuseries
“Secrets of Playboy” just premiered Monday, but it’s already making
waves in the 
entertainment industry.
Most know Hefner, who died in 2017 at
the age of 91, as the man who commercialized pornographic images. He
smoked pipes, wore silk pajamas, and ruled over a revolving harem of
young, blonde women.
However, the women who once
participated in Hefner’s lifestyle are now claiming there were acts of
depravity happening that even the most sexually progressive people would
condemn.
They are claiming incidents of rape and bestiality behind the
mansion’s walls, Daily Mail reported.
Garcia described the overall atmosphere as toxic. She
said, “It was cult-like.... We had Playmates that overdosed, that committed suicide.”
Theodore claimed, “I walked in on him with
my dog and I said, ‘What are you doing?’ I was shocked. He made it seem
like it was just a one-time thing, and that he was just goofing off.
But I never left him alone with my dog again.”
Daily Mail reported that one episode
includes an interview with 1970s “Deep Throat” porn star Linda Lovelace,
who recalls being made to perform
oral sex on a German Shepherd with Hefner and his friends watching.
Playboy’s group leadership team released an open letter just ahead of the January 24 premiere. It said in part that they “trust and validate women and their stories” . DailyWire
