What "Christians" believe in this? |
Additionally, the polling firm analyzed a fascinating denominational breakdown of Christians. While Baptists (29 percent) and those selecting “other” (27 percent) were the least likely of Jesus-following cohorts to embrace the existence of alien life, Eastern Orthodox Americans were the most likely (41 percent).
On the whole, 37 percent of Americans surveyed answered affirmatively, as opposed to 21 percent who do not believe and 42 percent who remain uncertain. In sum, 5,886 Americans were asked about the existence of alien life." TheBlaze
How could a third of "Christians" believe in aliens (UFO kind)?
We know we are being watched by the rest of God's creation - Paul tells us so as we are a theater/stage for them, the angels bending over the ark of the covenant looking down & watching this great controversy unfolding between God & His opponent, & in the middle of the Bible Daniel refers to those above as the "Watchers".
But these "watchers" aren't the UFO kind, for no creature "out there" needs a spaceship. And no creature out there in paradise with God would want to come hang here with us in the midst of this pain, suffering & death....So NO-there are not aliens flying around our planet.
But who are these "Christians" who believe in aliens? ("Aliens" in our culture generally mean the UFO type). Who are the "shepherds" of these flocks that would let their congregations be this simple minded, weak minded & feeble minded?
As I live, saith the Lord GOD, surely because my flock became a prey, and my flock became meat to every beast of the field, because there was no shepherd, neither did my shepherds search for my flock, but the shepherds fed themselves, and fed not my flock; Therefore, O ye shepherds, hear the word of the LORD; Thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I am against the shepherds; and I will require my flock at their hand,...
