Some are clamoring for gun control in wake of the infamous Santa Barbara shooting.
But what are the real lessons to be learned?
For instance, as far as gun control goes---he killed his first three victims with knives. Anyone calling for knife control? He used his car to try and run people over. Anyone calling for car control? ..Nope...
Just politicians trying to advance a gun control agenda through a tragedy as usual--politicians..... maybe we need politician control?
Here are 3 observations of the situation:
* Who told him that he was supposed to be laid by age 22 outside the bounds of marriage? Seriously....who put that idea in his head? He seemed to have this notion that something must be wrong with him if he hasn't been to "bed" with a girl, even though he isn't married.
I'll tell you who put that idea in his head....HOLLYWOOD, music industry & social media--- the "world" did.
* Who spoiled him? Watching his video he posted he clearly is spoiled and has a sense of entitlement. So who did that to him? I'll tell you who--his parents. And apparently their divorce didn't help matters either in his young life. Nor sticking him off on a shrink since age 8.
* Who put it into his head that he could just slaughter people as if their life has no meaning at all? I'll tell you where that coldness comes from.....the same people (education system) that spent K-12 & his college years filling his head with the notion that we are just common beasts of the field, here by random chance from a chemical primordial soup.
Solutions:
More God and less "world".....but that isn't gonna happen. The world isn't going to regulate itself or let God have a say. Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be. Romans 8:7
