It ends with a real DAY OF ATONEMENT, Judgment and Cleansing of the Sanctuary from sins. 

Christ serves as our Mediator in the Judgment as the earthly high priest did in the earthly sanctuary on the DAY OF ATONEMENT....we are given a starting point in history:

Creation Moment 9/30/2023 - Latest on Population Bottleneck

"The Bible claims such a population bottleneck at the Flood of Noah, when only eight people survived to repopulate the earth. Secularists deny the Flood, and their new claim of a population bottleneck, based on genetic evidence, is far different. They believe it happened long ago among pre-human hominids. The new estimate by Hu et al. is significant, though, in changing opinion about the history of early humans.

The results suggest that our ancestors suffered a severe population bottleneck that started around 930,000 years ago and lasted for almost 120,000 years. This is estimated to have reduced the number of breeding individuals to ∼1300, bringing our ancestors close to extinction.

Theistic evolutionists, such as those in the Darwinism-affirming group Biologos, have denied the Flood bottleneck, arguing that eight people could not provide enough genetic diversity to prevent inbreeding and lead to a healthy human population. For that matter, they also argue that a single pair, Adam and Eve, could not have populated the earth. This new admission has raised discussion about whether or not population bottlenecks as small as those recorded in Genesis could allow them to “be fruitful and multiply, and fill the earth” as God commanded (Genesis 9:1-7).

Genomic inference of a severe human bottleneck during the Early to Middle Pleistocene transition (Hu et al., Science, 31 Aug 2023). This is the paper raising the discussion. A reading shows many assumptions going into the calculations of dates and population sizes, which cannot be known without a time machine.

The ancient severe bottleneck was not detected in previous SFS-based analyses. This failure might be due to the use of predefined demographic models. In this study, we found that the likelihood must be accurately calculated to detect the severe bottleneck. The use of other methods such as Stairway Plot—which may not have sufficient resolution power for estimation of ancient population size history—is another possible reason for the failure.

Estimates like this depend on models with inputs that cannot be accurately known. The authors admit, “ancient population size history of the genus Homo during the Pleistocene is still poorly known, although it is essential for understanding the origin of the human lineage.”

Richard Buggs of Queen Mary University, an “evolutionary biologist and molecular ecologist,” asks if science is moving closer to Adam and Eve. His blog post the day after the Science paper describes how the findings are making the Genesis account more plausible."

Rep. Leigh Finke, DFL-St. Paul, a first-term legislator who is transgender and identifies as a woman, released a book in 2020 entitled, “Queerfully and Wonderfully Made: A Guide for LGBTQ+ Christian Teens.” 

“Queerfully and Wonderfully Made” contains almost no references to prayer and encourages teens to “limit contact” with adults who do not affirm their choices, including parents.

The verse reads: “For there are eunuchs who have been so from birth, and there are eunuchs who have been made eunuchs by others, and there are eunuchs who have made themselves eunuchs for the sake of the kingdom of heaven. Let anyone accept this who can.”

Finke implies this is evidence that Jesus was “totally fine” with the queer lifestyle.

“Did you know there were queer people in Bible times? Jesus did. And he was like, It’s totally fine, everyone. Chill out,” the book says.

“Eunuchs from birth” refers to people who are born sterile and is not affirming a queer lifestyle, 

Henry said.

Henry said Finke’s view on the parent-child relationship is skewed, and his ideology is more in line with Karl Marx, who maintains children are property of the state rather than a God-given stewardship of parents.

Chapters in the book include, “Help! I’m a Horny Queer Teenager;” “Okay, But I’m serious. Help! I’m Like, Really Horny!;” “How Do Queer People Have Sex?;”.

Finke’s book also asserts that “gender is not biology” and viewing porn is a “safe way to explore your sexuality.”

The book recommends watching porn “with your partner, which can open up new conversations about sex and pleasure, stimulate our natural arousal systems, or it can just be a silly fun thing to experience together.” Protestia

"If a naturalistic dogma of the origin of biological life was going to be successfully sold to the academic community in the new age of biotechnology, a solution to cloak and obfuscate the evolution-negating inconvenient data needed to be achieved. 

The response to this dilemma was undertaken, not by biologists, but by mathematicians such as Felsenstein and Kingman who essentially pushed the biological reality and inconvenience of ILS off to the side and used statistical models that manipulated the data by a -

--combination of boot-strapping, 

--subjective data selection, 

--and injecting biased evolutionary presuppositions into the overall analysis methodology. 

The result was that the real meaning of so-called discordant or discontinuous data was mathematically smoothed over and manipulated to fit a preconceived Darwinian outcome.

Nevertheless, the ongoing inability of mathematicians to satisfy the nature of real world biology continues to grow as an increasingly glaring evolutionary problem and is exacerbated by the genomics revolution and the escalating amounts of discordant data. 

A 2006 article by Maddison and Knowles, aptly titled ‘Inferring phylogeny despite incomplete lineage sorting’ made the following statement in regard to the inability of prevalent mathematical models to deal with the exponential increase in so-called phylogenic anomalies: “Although phylogenetic patterns generated by incomplete lineage sorting have been discussed for many years, considerable work remains to develop and assess methods that consider these issues during phylogenetic reconstruction."

Despite the widespread use of various types of data-smoothing

techniques, the mosaic pattern of life presents many difficulties for evolutionary scientists to overcome. 

In 1996, Wilkinson introduced the terms ‘rogue data’ and ‘rogue taxa’ to describe discordant biological sequence that negated the development of inferred evolutionary trees. 

This rogue data is typically given other terms like ‘ambiguous’ or it is considered to provide ‘insufficient phylogenetic signal’. 

In fact, the concept of developing bioinformatics filters to remove unruly ‘rogue’ data that does not produce favorable evolutionary outcomes has been an important goal of bioinformatics software developers as the genomics revolution progressed. 

In 2002, a filtering algorithm was developed that would assess evolutionarily unfavorable DNA that the authors defined as ‘phylogenetically discordant sequence (PDS)’ and eliminate them if they fell outside a pre-set similarity threshold. It is now very common to use various types of software programs that ‘prune’ (eliminate) insertions, deletions, and other types of discordant data to produce more favorable multiple sequence alignments and then evolutionary trees. 

Recently, software was developed and made available via web server interface that removes unruly non-evolutionary genomic sequence from your data set to give you what is termed the ‘true tree’, otherwise known as the inferred hypothetical phylogeny.

*While commonalities across the spectrum of life can be observed in

many gene sequences, this is a common theme inherent to engineered systems whereby similar mechanisms along with their control sequences show similar design. 

*However, life is a mosaic of patterns as revealed in the many new genome sequences being produced and is not supportive of universal common ancestry, but rather the distinct creation of separate kinds of life as depicted in the Genesis account of origins. 

Creationists maintain that the original ‘created kinds’ have diversified (horizontally) over time and through such genetic bottlenecks as the global flood. Thus, the mosaic of life observed in DNA sequence fits well with this model."

Yes, God accepts anyone who comes to him in repentance and faith—not because of their own goodness, but because of what Jesus has done for us on the cross! No matter a person’s background or the sins they struggle with, any person is welcome to come to Jesus and find full forgiveness, acceptance (adoption) into the family of God, eternal life, the seal of the Holy Spirit, and so much more! The gift of becoming right with God (accepted by him) isn’t limited to any particular demographic—it’s an open, free invitation to all who will “believe in the Lord Jesus” (Acts 16:31).

But this doesn’t mean that God accepts us in the way that our culture (and the way this individual) accepts trans-identifying individuals. When someone today says “accept,” they mean celebrate an identity that runs contrary to God’s design. When God says you are “accepted in the beloved” (Ephesians 1:6 KJV), it means that Christ has paid the penalty for your sin so you now have right standing before the Creator of the universe.

And salvation means that God will not leave you in your sin and your false identity. If you are his child, he will sanctify you and call you to leave your life of sin (John 8:11), deny yourself, take up your cross, and follow him (Luke 9:23). Part of that will mean leaving behind a sinful identity and embracing how he made you to be—either as a man (male) or woman (female) (Genesis 1:27; Matthew 19:4–5), fearfully and wonderfully made by him (Psalm 139:14) in his image (Genesis 1:27). At the Congressional hearing, Maussan reportedly showed both U.S. officials and members of the Mexican government multiple videos of “UFOs and unidentified anomalous phenomena” before unveiling the two alleged alien corpses.
“These specimen are not part of our terrestrial evolution… These aren’t beings that were found after a UFO wreckage. They were found in diatom (algae) mines, and were later fossilized,” he said.
During the hearing, Maussan also claimed that the alleged non-human bodies were studied by scientists from the Autonomous National University of Mexico (UNAM), and that those scientists were able to draw DNA samples and later determine that over 30 percent of the specimens’ DNA was “unknown.”
But Maussan’s assertions have not been proven, and his previous

claims regarding the discovery of alien life have been debunked.
In 2017, for example, Maussan claimed that five mummies found in Peru were “alien” discoveries, only to later be debunked when it was revealed that the mummies were actually the remains of human children.
Julieta Fierro, researcher at the Fierro added that the researchers' claims that her university endorsed their supposed discovery were false, ....“Maussan has done many things. He says he has talked to the Virgin of Guadalupe,” she said. “He told me extraterrestrials do not talk to me like they talk to him because I don’t believe in them.”"

"Paleontologists recently discovered the partial fossils of two new

species of dinosaur just outside of Casablanca. As stated in a Science Direct article, they “report two new abelisaurid fossils from the upper Maastrichtian phosphates of the Ouled Abdoun Basin, in northern Morocco.”

The University of Bath, England, press release stated:

Both were part of a family of primitive carnivorous dinosaurs known as abelisaurs [a family of ceratosaurian theropod dinosaurs], and lived alongside the much larger abelisaur Chenanisaurus barbaricus, showing that Morocco was home to diverse dinosaur species just before a giant asteroid struck at the end of the Cretaceous, ending the age of dinosaurs.

Creationists are happy that evolutionists are coming around and seeing that such a sudden burial is the result of a worldwide

catastrophe. However, this burial wasn’t the result of an asteroid, but of a worldwide flood about 4,500 years ago.

The Flood is hardly far-fetched. In fact, a parallel article inadvertently describes evidence of a water-based catastrophe. “Dr Nick Longrich, from the Milner Centre for Evolution at the University of Bath, led the study. He said: 'What’s surprising here is that these are marine beds.'" 
Exactly. If these marine beds were the result of the Flood as described in Genesis, then one would not be surprised to find a mixing of terrestrial and oceanic animals.
