The 70 Years of Isaiah 23 (Just a Thought)

The 70 Years--1798-1868?
And it shall come to pass in that day, that Tyre shall be forgotten seventy years, according to the days of one king:
after the end of seventy years shall Tyre sing as an harlot.
Take an harp, go about the city, thou harlot that hast been forgotten;
make sweet melody, sing many songs, that thou mayest be remembered.
And it shall come to pass after the end of seventy years, that the LORD will visit Tyre, and she shall turn to her hire, and shall commit fornication with all the kingdoms of the world upon the face of the earth.
Isaiah 23:15-17

JUST A THOUGHT**** Interesting...Something dawned on me in Isaiah 23... but could the 70 Years of Tyre being forgotten be the 70 years between the 1798 Deadly Wound to the Beast and the First Vatican Council (commenced on 6/29/1868)?...that is when Papal Rome
aggressively exploded back on the world stage....in this historical context the 70 years are literal rather than symbolic. And we all know Tyre in prophecy has been a symbol for the Beast power of  Papal Rome or spiritual Babylon.
REMEMBER-If you think there might be something to this DO NOT BE DOGMATIC ABOUT IT....New Light NEVER counters Established Truth or moves/removes the Pillars of Established Truth.
Now in this case--- IF there is something to this....it doesn't change any established Truth or any of our Pillars of Truth..in fact it reinforced our prophetic outline...so it passes its first test...but still....don't tell people you found something new and they have to believe it too......my idea on this could be wrong....

"The council was convoked to deal with the contemporary problems of the rising influence of rationalism, anarchism, communism, socialism, liberalism, and materialism.
Its purpose was, besides this, to define the Catholic doctrine concerning the Church of Christ.

There was discussion and approval of only two constitutions:
---the Dogmatic Constitution on the Catholic Faith (Dei Filius
---and the First Dogmatic Constitution on the Church of Christ (Pastor aeternus), the latter dealing with the primacy and
infallibility of the Bishop of Rome
.
Cardinal Filippo Guidi, Archbishop of Bologna, proposed adding that the pope is assisted by "the counsel of the bishops manifesting the tradition of the churches".

-x-x-Pius IX rejected Guidi's view of the bishops as witnesses to the tradition, maintaining: "I am the tradition", meaning I am the successor of Peter, the Rock on which Christ chose to build His Church.....433 votes in favor and only 2 against defining as a dogma the infallibility of the pope when speaking ex cathedra." wiki
