And God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it:Genesis 2:3
"We can be sanctified through Sabbath observance only if we are dwelling on sacred themes.
If we are only observing a 24-hour period because that is what the commandment says to do, and merely using it as a time to dwell upon anything and everything for which we think we do not have time otherwise, we are not going to be sanctified.
God wants us to be sanctified on the Sabbath day."
