Eve Decieved - Adam Not So Much....

 

"Eve was fooled by the Serpent’s argument and the innate appeal of the forbidden fruit.
But Adam sinned knowingly. He was not deceived about the forbidden fruit of the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil like Eve was." BSG

And it was not Adam who was deceived,

but the woman being deceived, fell into transgression.
