Why is Sunday held sacred by many professed Christians instead of the 7th Day Sabbath of the Creator?
Well, as the mark-of-the-beast in the end will be a counterfeit Sabbath mandated by law (likely Sunday since they already hallow it).....it is--
1) A sign of worshipping the Creation rather than the Creator (ultimate disrespect)- ...exchanged the truth of God for the lie, and worshiped and served the creature rather than the Creator,

2) Lucifer wants himself exalted above to the heights of God- I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High.
Isaiah 14:14
Centering paganism on sun gods through time...culminating in a counterfeit Sabbath of the venerable day of the Sun...is a symbol of Lucifer's pride....
