Among the MOST "damnable heresies" of the New Age & Alice Bailey

But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, .... 2 Peter 2:1
The founder of the New Age movement, Alice Bailey, taught that Christ was just the head of wise masters. Of all the New Age teachings and heresies, from astrology to pantheism, the MOST "DAMNABLE" would be the teaching that Christ isn't "God" but rather an enlightened master. Their "god" she refers to is the cosmos and Christ leads the wise masters (which by this Bailey means those who stopped reincarnating among us due to achieving mystical wisdom and reside on a planet to communicate with us this wisdom to those seek it via meditation). Other wise masters nearly on par with Christ are the Buddha and Krishna.

"In the past the keynote of the Christian religion has been death symbolized for us in the death of Christ, and much distorted by Saint Paul in his effort to blend the new religion which Christ brought with the old blood religion of the Jews.
DAMNABLE HERESY
In the cycle which Christ will inaugurate after his reappearance, the goal of all the religious teaching in the world will be the resurrection of the Spirit in mankind. The emphasis will be upon the livingness of the Christ nature in every human being and upon the
use of the will in bringing about this living transition of the lower nature, the proof of it will be the risen Christ.
This way of resurrection is the radiant way all faiths can say, with Sri
Krishna speaking as God the creator, that having pervaded the whole universe with a fragment of myself, I remain this god transcendent has dominated the religious thinking of millions of simple and spiritually minded people down the ages which have elapsed since humanity began to press forward towards Divinity. Slowly there is dawning upon the awakening consciousness of humanity, the great paralleling
truth of God imminent, divinely pervading all
forms, conditioning from within all kingdoms in nature, expressing innate divinity through human beings, and 2000 years ago portraying the nature of the Divine imminence in the Person of the Christ.
Christ is in us as He was in the Master Jesus, and this belief will alter world affairs and mankind's entire attitude to life.
The words he spoke were few and simple, and all men can understand them, but their significance has been largely lost in the intricate legalities and discussions of Saint Paul.
Around Him, in that high place on earth, where He is His abiding place, are gathered today all his great disciples.
The Masters of the Wisdom and all those liberated sons of God who down the ages have passed from darkness to light, from the unreal to the real, and from death to immortality, they stand ready to carry out His bidding and to obey Him.
His guidance to reveal to all those who today struggle in the maelstrom of world affairs and who seek to solve the world.
The
Buddha
himself is standing behind the Christ in humble recognition of the divine task which He is on the verge of consummating."
