Like Psalm 58, this psalm is concerned with the problem of unjust judges.
The final prayer of the psalmist is that God Himself will take direct control of the affairs of this world.

Psalm 82:1 God standeth in the congregation of the mighty; He judgeth among the gods.
Psalm 82:8 Arise, O God, judge the earth: for Thou shalt inherit all nations.
Philippians 2:10 That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of [things] in heaven, and [things] in earth, and [things] under the earth."
