*The Shepherd's Rod movement, started by a Bulgarian immigrant to America, started it in the early 1900's in California. It was a

movement where their calling was to supposedly be the Shepherd's Rod to smite the SDA Church into the (their) truth. They were kicked out of the Church along with their heretical teachings of Victor Houteff who claimed he was the continuation of the S.O.P.

He formed the Church of the Davidian SDA's. From them split the Branch Davidian SDA's following Mr. Roden as Houteff's successor while those who stayed in the original church rejected Roden.

Then from the Branch Davidians split the 7 Sealers who followed David Koresh.
