IN the NEWS - Mysticism Revival

Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth: Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: Exodus 20:4,5

"In the heartland of the United States, a spiritual awakening is stirring within the Catholic Church. A three-year initiative, known as the Eucharistic Revival, is reigniting the connection between the
faithful and Jesus in the
Eucharist, the central element of Catholic worship. This revival is not just a call to routine observance but an invitation to foster a deeper, more intimate relationship with Jesus through the Eucharist.

For centuries, the
Eucharist has been revered by Catholics as the
body and blood of Jesus Christ, a
sacred mystery that forms the source and summit of their faith. Through the Eucharist, the faithful believe they partake in the divine, entering a communion that transcends the physical and touches the celestial.

At the heart of this revival is a series of prayers composed by various saints, each inspired by their profound devotion to the
Eucharist. These prayers, composed by Saint Ignatius of LoyolaSaint Catherine of SienaSaint BonaventureSaint Padre Pio, and Saint Alphonsus Liguori, offer the faithful a spiritual framework to express their love and devotion to Jesus in the Eucharist." BNN
