"The 1st time that the term “the Comforter” appears is in John 14:16 
Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you).
Initially, Jesus, who is the truth, said the Comforter, the Spirit of truth,
would do 3 things:
(a) abide with you
(b) be unseen by the world
(c) be in you
