31 Day Daily Devotional SERIES for the Garden of the Heart: DAY 20

 DAY20
 LET THERE BE LIGHT to IT IS DONE
  And I heard a great voice out of the temple saying
to the seven angels,
Go your ways,
and pour out the vials of the wrath of God upon the earth.
 At that time shall Michael stand up,
the great Prince which standeth for the children of thy people: and there shall be a time of trouble
such as never was since there was a nation even to that same time: and at that time thy people shall be delivered, everyone that shall be found written in the book.
Revelation 16:1/Daniel 12:1

And God said,
Let the waters under the heaven
be gathered together unto one place,
and let the dry land appear: and it was so.
And God called the dry land Earth
and the gathering together of the waters called he Seas
and God saw that it was good.
And God said,
Let the earth bring forth grass, the herb yielding seed,
and the fruit tree yielding fruit after his kind,
whose seed is in itself, upon the earth: and it was so.
And the earth brought forth grass, and herb yielding seed after his kind, and the tree yielding fruit, whose seed was in itself, after his kind: and God saw that it was good.
And the evening and the morning were the third day.
Separation into land and drinking water as we move into the Inner Court where the Drink Cup for offerings are

And upon the table of shewbread
they shall spread a cloth of blue
And you shall make its plates and dishes for incense,
 and its flagons and bowls
with which to pour drink offerings
you shall make them of pure gold.
and the continual bread shall be thereon:
And they shall spread upon them a cloth of scarlet,....
 And thou shalt take fine flour,
 and bake twelve cakes thereof:
 two tenth deals shall be in one cake.
And thou shalt set them in two rows,
six on a row, upon the pure table before the Lord.
Numbers 4:7,8/Exodus 25:29/Leviticus 24:5,6

He gives them Blood to drink for shedding the blood of His people  as we move into the Inner Court where the Drink Cup for offerings are to be found
 And the third angel poured out his vial
upon the rivers and fountains of waters;
and they became blood
And I heard the angel of the waters say,
Thou art righteous, O Lord,
which art, and wast, and shalt be,
because thou hast judged thus.
For they have shed the blood of saints and prophets,
and thou hast given them blood to drink
for they are worthy
And I heard another out of the altar say,
Even so, Lord God Almighty,
true and righteous are thy judgments.
Revelation 16:4-7

For this is my blood of the new testament,
which is shed for many for the remission of sins.
And almost all things are by the law purged with blood;
and without shedding of blood is no remission
Matthew 26:28/Hebrews 9:22

DAILY REMINDER
Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels,
and have not LOVE, I am become as sounding brass, or a tinkling cymbal.
And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries,
and all knowledge; and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains,
and have not LOVE, I am nothing.
And though I bestow all my goods to feed the poor, and though I give my body to be burned, and have not LOVE, it profiteth me nothing.
LOVE suffereth long, and is kind;
LOVE envieth not;
LOVE vaunteth not itself, is not puffed up,
Doth not behave itself unseemly, seeketh not her own,
is not easily provoked, thinketh no evil;
And now abideth faith, hope, LOVE, these three;
but the greatest of these is LOVE.
And from Jesus Christ, .... Unto him that loved us,
and washed us from our sins in his own blood,
1 Corinthians 13:1-5,13/Revelation 1:5

"....at all times when, we come to the communion table, we show the
death of Christ
That is the great end and object of the Lord’s supper, — to set forth — to tell out anew — to proclaim afresh the death of our Lord Jesus Christ."
Charles Spurgeon

 CLOSING THOUGHT FOR THE DAY
And Boaz said unto her,
At mealtime come thou hither,
and eat of the bread,
and dip thy morsel in the vinegar.
And she sat beside the reapers: and he reached
her parched corn, and she did eat, and was sufficed, and left.
Ruth 2:14
Have U ate & dipped too?
And as they were eating,
Jesus took bread, and blessed it, and brake it,
and gave it to the disciples, and said, Take, eat; this is my body.
And he took the cup, and gave thanks,
and gave it to them, saying, Drink ye all of it;
Matthew 26:26,27
