"Spain announced it will draft a registry for individuals who refuse to take the COVID-19 vaccine and share that information with EU member states.
Spain’s Health Minister Salvador Illa said Monday in an interview with La Sexta television that the list will not be public and the vaccine would not be mandatory.
“What will be done is a registry, which will be shared with our European partners… of those people who have been offered it and have simply rejected it,” Illa said.
Illa did not elaborate why Spain was creating a COVID dissident list if the vaccine would not be mandatory. .
