platform, shows the deranged looking suspect simply walk away as though he was doing nothing to the victim when caught.
The video captured has had the audio removed, but reportedly bystanders were yelling at the male suspect to get off the woman as she could be heard screaming.
Reports indicate that the woman suffered minor injuries from the attack, but also refused any medical attention.
