IN the NEWS - A Spell Lingers in Louisiana

....but time and chance happeneth to them all. For man also knoweth not his time: as the fishes that are taken in an evil net, and as the birds that are caught in the snare; so are the sons of men snared in an evil time, when it falleth suddenly upon them. Ecclesiastes 9:11,12

There is a BAD SPELL over Louisiana. Pastor Spell, and ANY PASTOR who does what he is doing, should be shunned by all Christendom.
1- God gave you a brain to use.....use it...there is a pandemic....close the church temporarily.
2- During the Temptation of Christ the sin of Presumption was one of the Temptations.....don't tempt (test) God!!!....that sin of Presumption is rooted in the sin of Pride.
3- Spell is rolling the dice and hoping know one gets sick---then from the publicity--likely an increased following which equals an increase in cha-ching....
4- SHAME on Spell and all Pastors who Pridefully, Arrogantly, keep the church open.

"Police responded Tuesday night to a Louisiana church where
hundreds had congregated despite the state's ban on gatherings of more than 50 people — part of the effort to stop the spread of coronavirus.
Tony Spell, pastor of Life Tabernacle Church in Baton Rouge, said no "dictator law" could keep people from worshipping God, according to the local news.
We hold our religious rights dear and we are going to assemble no matter what someone says.” Spell said his church, which normally has more than 1,000 attendees on Sunday across five locations, will be distributing “anointed handkerchiefs” to provide members with “healing virtues.”
I had 1,170 in attendance Sunday,” Spell said. “We have 27 buses on Sundays picking up people in a five parish area,” he said.
When the paramedics can’t get there, when the law enforcement can’t get there, the Holy Ghost can get there,” he said, according to WVLA."
