Day 1- And God said, Let there be light: Genesis 1:1
Christ is the Light. I am the light of the world. John 9:5
Day 2- Let there be a firmament in the midst of the waters, and let it divide the waters from the waters. Genesis 1:6
Christ is the Living Water. If thou knewest the gift of God, and who it is that saith to thee, Give me to drink; thou wouldest have asked of him, and he would have given thee living water.
John 4:10
Day 3- And the earth brought forth grass, and herb yielding seed after his kind, and the tree yielding fruit, whose seed was in itself, after his kind: Genesis 1:12
Christ sprung forth from the earth (where He was buried in death) to life on the 3rd day. The "first fruits" of death. And they shall kill him, and the third day he shall be raised again.
Matthew 17:23
Day 4- And God made two great lights; the greater light to rule the day, and the lesser light to rule the night: he made the stars also. Genesis 1:16
Christ is the "Sun". But unto you that fear my name shall the Sun of righteousness arise with healing in his wings;

Day 5- And God created ..every living creature that moveth, which the waters brought forth abundantly, after their kind,.. Genesis 1:21
Christ was the "Fisher" of men. Come ye after me, and I will make you to become fishers of men.
Mark 1:17
Day 6- And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: Genesis 1:26
Christ came down and took on the form of man in that "image" He had created man in. And they came with haste, and found Mary, and Joseph, and the babe lying in a manger.
Luke 2:16
Day 7- And God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it: because that in it he had rested from all his work which God created and made. Genesis 2:3
He is our rest. Come unto me, all ye that labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.
