Acts 16:6,9
1) Noahic Prophecy: God shall enlarge Japheth, and he shall dwell in the tents of Shem; and Canaan shall be his servant. Genesis 9:27 Europe was largely (but not exclusively) the descendants of Japheth. It was his "tents" the world would "dwell in" as the Europeans would one day colonize the world.
2) Gospel to all the World: And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come. Matthew 24:14 It was the Christian missionaries who piggybacked on European colonization into all the world.
3) The Little Horn power (of Daniel)/Beast (of Revelation) was to rise up out of the ashes of Europe {Babylon/Asia, Persia/Asia, Greece/Europe, Rome/Europe, 10 Horns/Europe, Little Horn/Europe} I considered the horns, and, behold, there came up among them another little horn, before whom there were three of the first horns plucked up by the roots: and, behold, in this horn were eyes like the eyes of man, and a mouth speaking great things. Daniel 7:8
