Are You Wearing Strange Apparel?

And it shall come to pass in the day of the LORD'S sacrifice,

 that I will punish .... all such as are clothed with strange apparel.

Zephaniah 1:8

 

Are you wearing the apparel of His salvation laid out in Scripture?

Or are you wearing STRANGE APPAREL for Salvation?

Such as:

@ Sacramentalism (last rights, confession, mass, penance, etc.)?

@ Predestination?

@ Once-Saved-Always-Saved?

@ Universalism?

@ Spirit Baptism of Tongues?

@ Legalism?

 

Salvation is laid out in the Sanctuary: 

Outer Court/JUSTIFICATION + Inner Court/SANCTIFICATION = prepared for Most Holy Place/JUDGMENT

* And unto the angel of the church of the Laodiceans write; ...

I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot:...

Because thou sayest, I am rich, and increased with goods,

and have need of nothing; and knowest not that thou art wretched,

and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked:

I counsel thee to buy of me gold tried in the fire,

that thou mayest be rich;

and white raiment, that thou mayest be clothed,

and that the shame of thy nakedness do not appear;

and anoint thine eyes with eyesalve, that thou mayest see.

Revelation 3:14,16-18

1) The gold is faith
2) The White Raiment is purity of character
3) The eyesalve is the wisdom to discern between good and evil
