Hitler referred to the book The Passing of the Great Race by Madison Grant as his "bible". This comes from a "fan letter"
Hitler wrote to Mr. Grant in the 1930's.
Written in 1916, it considers the Nordic race to be superior & encourages a eugenics policy to save the race.
He believed that the Nordic races were honed to superiority through a type of natural selection in their climate.
