Creation Moment 6/16/2014 - Who is right?

Today, in evolution, they believe in mainly 2 types-----Neo-Darwinian (gradual, slow change) & Punctuated Equilibrium (faster change due to stasis in the fossil record-in other words because the fossil record doesn't support evolution).
So which evolutionists are right? They are both "scientists"......So which "scientist" is right?
They both can't be right----but they can both be wrong.
