"Bernard M******k’s neighbors called police when they saw him attempting to be intimate with the animal.

"When officers arrived on the scene, they were greeted by a small crowd of residents who were disturbed by their neighbor's activity with the dog," cops said.

Fox13 in Tampa reports a search of the house turned up a weapon and ammunition.
That added to the trouble for M******k because he’s a felon, and not allowed to own a gun.
The Raw Story says eight other large pit bulls were found and taken from the house by animal services.
